"There was almost an immediate response to our request for a plumber for valve work in our basement. Through a phone call and texting of pictures Titan was able to determine the problem and the parts needed to make the repair. At 7:05 the next morning (after plumbing supplier opened)we received a phone call with an estimate. Within 45 minutes the two workers were at our house and 20 minutes later the problem had been corrected. We are very pleased and thankful for their efficient, professional, and friendly service. "This company is great!  They consistently go above and beyond the duties expected of them.  Brian and Benny came to replace the broken gutter brackets that was noticed during a previous visit for my house's gutter cleaning service.

While they were here, they saw that my garage door frame was broken; the wood was severely cracked and was separating from the frame.  Needless to say, it was an eye sore.  

Since they had the equipment handy, they took on the job and fixed it for me without any hesitation or additional charge!  

I have tried to get this item fixed in the past, but have not had success in finding someone local that would do it.  

These guys saved me the time and expense of continuing to find the right contractor or fixing it myself!
