Did everything I asked for efficiently and professionally. Had an external gas line installed for generator and grill. Very knowledgeable professionals in sizing, installation, support, and code. They also left the work area spotlessly clean.

Erick at PipeWorks Plumbing was OUTSTANDING. We had an emergency with our Hot Water heard and I called him at night. The next morning he was over at my house, looked at the issues, and gave me a cost very quickly. His personality and professionalism got him the job right away. The next day, he was at my house, filling out the permit information, doing the project, etc. After completion, he showed me everything, tested it and it was great. It passed for the permit right away and we moved on. His price was very reasonable, and he is a pleasure to work with. Johnny

We hired Erik to fix a broken toilet tank, and also to inspect heating boiler and hot water heater that got water damaged. Erik was very professional and knowledgeable. Due to insurance being involved, everything Erik said was later verified to be spot on by an independent technician from the insurance. Erik also charged very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Erik arrived past our appointment time due to a previous appointment he was finishing, but kept me in the loop the entire time. He completed the job from start to finish as promised with no issues, would use again in the future.

They were very prompt to reply to my initial enquiry . They came the same day to give a cost free estimate . They then came the following day to repair an outside faucet which another plumber said they could not do . Price was very reasonable , work excellent and will definitely use them for any future needs.

Quoting, Scheduling and Installation were all quick and easy. I did not notice when the install was complete but they forgot to caulk around the flue. Had to chase them up a few times for the receipt (sent by email) a week later and then organized a quick return visit to tackle the flue. Pricing was good, they cleaned up after themselves, and the Pipe Works crew was very polite. Also showed up on time all three visits.

When you commit to showing up at a certain time you arrive at that time. When you commit to a fee for a project thatâ s what you charge. Do not show up late and youâ re not charge more than originally planned.
