They were wonderful, they re a big plumbing group in New Jersey. I've been using them for awhile now.

They are very good and yet a little pricy. They made a call and a part was delivered for them. Excellent customer service. They have the expertise, the vehicles, and I would definitely use them again.

Their price is slightly a little higher but we don't have to call them for a second time.  They do a good job, they are good.  The quality of their job is good.  They are professional and they know what they are doing.  Their price is kind of high.

The contractor was sent by HomeServe to clear a sewer blockage. The original time proposed was inconvenient, but the plumber who came was happy to work around my schedule. He arrived within 15 minutes of the appointed time, and cleared the problem within another 10 minutes. The worker was courteous and friendly, and did a competent job of clearing the blockage.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy !!!!!!!

Quick response to look at job and give approximate estimate based on time and material. Job required two man team, which we were told and agreed to. First man arrived 1 hour late and we were told second man was on an emergency and would be late !!I   I   had an emergency !!! Second man arrived an hour later and two men immediately  took a smoke break ??!!  After spending over an hour with service tech who came to estimate job and write up an detailed work order to be given to responding workers, these guys show up with no work order or knowledge of job !!!!! Had to spend billable time re explaining scope of work !!!!!

Here's the best part, after only completing  2/3 of job, one guy leaves !!! Other guy says he was called back to office ??? and trys to bill me for 2 men for 6 hrs when 1 guy was there for 4 hrs and the other one for 3 !!!!!!!!

Phantom billing at it's best !!!!!!!!! Rude, nasty attitude on both service techs !!!  Left a complete mess  of clean up !!!!!!!!!

This is at least the fourth time that I have called these guys.   The first time, I needed a drain cleaned out fast, as it had clogged up good.   They are on call 24 hours, so I paid the Emergency fee, and was all set a few hours later.

Once, I had changed the valve inside of a toilet, but when reassembling it, I could not stop the new thing from leaking.   They came out, I paid an Emergency fee, and they fixed it immediately.   (Guy told me to take my pieces back to Home Depot....so I got a refund.  I would not have imagined them giving me my money back.)

This year, I had them come out to service the furnace.   The guy did a nice job of tuning the system, and flushing it out.  He also let me know that the Low Water Cutoff had failed, and I decided not to fix it at that moment.  They let me know how much it would cost, so I saved up until I could afford it. For several months, I had to keep my eye on the water level, to ensure that there were no problems.  

When they came this week, they already knew what to do, and I already knew how much it would cost.
The guy arrived 15 minutes early, and was gone in about an hour, after explaining the setup to me.

Have never had any problem with them...and can not imagine calling someone else for plumbing or heating or drains.
They are a big, big company.....and treat the little guy very, very well.

This company did work in the house I was living in, for my landlord.  They were horrible.  Poor work, poor attitude.  Disgraceful
They left her without a toilet for 2 weeks.   Don't ever hire this company.

I called on Monday and they scheduled the service call for Wednesday. They called me to let me know the technician was on his way and how long it would take him to get here. He got here on time, checked the a/c unit and added freon. Took about 40 minutes. House is nice and cool now!

Because Bogush was in a hurry--holiday weekend--my main line was never reconnected to the city's sewer line. Because my outflow had no outlet, my basement was flooded with sewage. Bogush refused to fix my plumbing line, stating they did not create my plumbing problem. They were extremely uncooperative, and I had to consult an attorney and get the city involved in having this health and safety issue fixed. I hired a different plumber to fix the problem Bogush created. This took much time and effort to navigate the maze of city and insurance issues.

I had a very basic repair requirement and was quoted an outrageous sum of money to complete the work. Thankfully, I know just enough about repairs to realize the quote was ridiculous. I called another company who completed the repair and charged me 25% of what Bogush quoted. The job took 45 minutes vs. the 1/2 day I was quoted. I would never call this company again under any circumstances.

The person from this company showed up without the right tools for the job. I had to have the main sewer line cleaned out again after only 1 month by a different company. The price wasn't too bad for a Sunday emergency though.

I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT THE RIGHT TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. HE TRIED CHARGING ME FOR THE TIME THAT HE HAD TO TAKE OFF TO GET HIS TOOLS.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AT AN EXCELLENT PRICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL THEM BACK AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN HERE TO DO SOME WORK. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
