Evans, the technician came over within a day or so, and treated the outside of the house and also the kitchen where the ants had decided to move in. Most all were gone within 2 weeks but they did return for another application and I am glad to say the ants have disappeared. The owner was very accommodating and price was reasonable and the service was excellent."

I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. "E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They came about a week or two after our initial contact.  The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation.  That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it.  Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house.
