"Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. After meeting with other businesses for a quote on my pavers for my front walkway, I knew right away Lura's Sons, Lami was the one. He did an absolutely beautiful job and I also had him extend the pavers walkway to include access to the driveway. this came out stunning and really upgraded my curb appeal. He also did all concrete sidewalk slabs in front of my house. Because of his professionalism and attention to detail I hired him to also put new siding on my home, talk about a home upgrade, my home looks new! Oh and he also replaced 7 windows with no issues and I love my new windows too! He will be doing my roof next. Go with Lura's Sons, you can't go wrong!"

For starters the entire patio was lean, but then the pavers started to sink due to the fact their was not filter place at the edges. The stones that were put on our steps are lean and the step itself is lean. We didn't realize the magnitude of this until a professional company redid the lines and patio, but there isn't anything we can do for our unaligned steps unless we dish out more money to fix thoses. I have been searching for this company's name due to the fact I threw everything out but I found the original emails."
