Others suggested cutting out the bad planks and gluing in replacements. Al s method seems the better choice. It is closer to installing a new floor Glad we chose Al. Looks great."

He provide the final quote and have wonderful carpet samples to show me. I told him that I needed 24 to mull over the price. They came around a week later (I had a very busy work schedule) and the installer along with his assisted knocked the work out with 9 hours.
