The issue was a stuck Shower knob The final bill was $960. I ended up paying $800. Mason insisted on changing the cartridge- He over charged me on the cartridge and didn't give a receipt. His charge for the cartridge was $600. Rest of the cost was his labor. I am not happy with the price.

Mason got my call for the work request on a very short notice. He was able to accommodate and came in for an estimate on the same day! He was extremely knowledge (also passionate) about plumbing and explained my work request, walked me through options and alternatives I have, and then gave me a very reasonable quote. He then came back on the scheduled work day on-time to my apartment and did the job very efficiently. He left everything clean the tidy asked me to exam out the outcome. During the entire time, I feel respected and educated for each and every step. I cannot recommend Mason more! Look no further, he’s the guy!

After consulting with three other plumbers, we hired Mason, Ace of Drains Plumbing & Heating LLC, to remove and replace a 20-inch stream pipe. Mason stood out because he is knowledgeable and communicates well with the customer. He and Alex, his apprentice, were punctual. Mason and Alex are mechanically inclined and clean up as they work. Most notably, he is reliable, and he does charge hidden fees. In the future, I would hire Mason and refer friends.

He took a look at my problem (an apparently cracked sewer line) and explained that I had two options: He could excavate and replace it, but I would very likely be better off trying to get a plumber/sewer line repair company that could put in a sleeve more cheaply. Wow! I was more than impressed with the service we received. It was Mother’s Day and my bathroom drainage decided to melt down. I contacted Ace Drains and was so happy they responded quickly. The team came in on Wednesday before a major holiday, clarified everything that needed to be done with the greatest of respect to me.
