Ken, of Farina Plumbing, was very prompt in his reply to my request. He called me shortly after the request went out and listened to my needs. I arrived when he stated that he would, and troubleshooted the issue in minutes. The job turned out to be more than it initially appeared to be, and we were in a crunch to get the work completed. Ken was very kind to sacrifice his Sunday to complete the job. His price was fair for the amount of work and the timeframe in which he promised to finish. I would hire Farina Plumbing again for any plumbing jobs in the future.

Ken has done a number of projects in our house, big and small. He is responsive, punctual and reliable. His work quality is excellent, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well and working flawlessly. I recommend him without hesitation.

I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote and Ken was the only independent owner that came out personally to talk to me. Unlike the other companies, Ken gave very clear explanations of what our options were when it came to replacing certain equipment and suggested a solution that was less expensive than the other quotes and resulted in a more energy-efficient system overall. Because he was so knowledgeable, I discussed upgrading our system with a water softener, and we added that to our project. Ken did the job within a week and came back out a few days later to answer questions and perform some tests and fine-tuning. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to hire him first and I went for it after talking to him on the phone. He showed up promptly, the minute I showed him where the sink faucet to remove and install the new one, I noticed that he already knew exactly what to do. He is friendly, industrious, organized and very cleaned to do plumbing work. He is a one mile ahead much better than the plumber I hired before. I highly recommend him!!!!!!!
