Titan came out to repair my hose spigot. They were on time, the work was done quickly and properly and I found their price to be very fair. This is who I will call for all future plumbing issues in my home.

Jimmy did an excellent job on fixing the toilet issue that I had since yesterday. Replacing the valves and other necessary parts that were needed as well. He did exceedingly well on repairs and was able to get the job done quickly without any issues. I am greatly appreciative for the work that he has done, thank you!

The extent of the work was more than expected but Jimmy, the owner, and his assistant, is knowledgeable, experienced, completed the work and left the area neat and dry as possible within 2.5 - 3 hours.

The owner wanted to discuss pricing away from the (ummm ethnic?) worker that was actually completing the work. He raised the price $500 from the quoted price for a minor adjustment and the work is the quality of someone who is a handyman vs a professional service. I had to ask them to come back in because the actual repair was not functional. I am glad I checked before they pulled off. I really hope he pays the person who actually did the work. I did not like how he was hiding how much it was going to cost from him. It was quite expensive and even though the work was not very professionally finished (it was the quality of having your neighbor get it done for you and good enough to get the job done), I think he should get at least 60% of the fee. My opinion.

James responded to my request for work quickly (within 1/2 hour at 10 pm) and was able to supply material and labor to complete the job early the next day. James called exactly when he said he would and arrived on time ready to complete the work. High quality material and professional services. I would definitely have him do future work.

James and his partner were prompt on arrival time. The problem was fixed within a half hour. There was a possibility that there was more to the problem which would involve breaking the wall in two bathrooms that shared a common drainage pipe. They tested to make sure there was a problem behind the wall before proceeding. Happily there was no problem. They could have easily told me the wall breaking was necessary. All in all, I was pleased with the work done and I would highly recommend them. if you need a plumber
