"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "We had an excellent experience with Nick Tracey Roofing! The onsite estimate was very thorough, all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. When the issue arose due to our roof needing extra plywood and a pvc water barrier arose, it was handled without head ache. The information about the products and procedures was well presented. We really appreciated the quality and quantity of communication thru out the entire process. It was a job well-done and we are pleased with all aspects of our roofing experience."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

I then called and spoke to Darby Sullivan, office manager and she was very patient while we finalized the contract. Scott â s Roofing arrived on time, stripped and replaced the roof in the most professional way. Kevin, an on-site supervisor was present. Sean also arrived mid morning to check on the progress. The crew worked very hard and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the roof installation.
