Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
We discovered that the roof on our house was leaking. I called Sean at Scott Roofing service on Saturday. We had used them 2-years ago for another roofing project. I received a quote the very next day and was on the schedule for the upcoming Wednesday. The work crew was very friendly and completed the roof the same day. The quality of the materials and workmanship was at the highest levels. The work area was thoroughly cleaned to better than when they started. The dumpster driver was very friendly as well. When he picked up the dumpster he walked around the house with a nail magnet to be sure nothing was left. They are an organization of Master Professionals who I highly recommend.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Three weeks ago I decided to replace my 30 year old. I Googled roofing contractors and happened upon Scottâ s Roofing . I started reading their reviews and they were all five star and very complimentary. I called and talked to Sean Nadeau, one of the principals in the company.and he promptly sent a detailed proposal including the workmanâ s Compensation & General Liability insurance certificates. I then called and spoke to Darby Sullivan, office manager and she was very patient while we finalized the contract. Scott â s Roofing arrived on time, stripped and replaced the roof in the most professional way. Kevin, an on-site supervisor was present. Sean also arrived mid morning to check on the progress. The crew worked very hard and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the roof installation. I would like to thank Sean, Darby, Kevin & the crew for all of their hard work and attention to detail. This review, like all of the other reviews, merits the five star rating. I heard about this company from Home Advisor. I got three names through the site and also contacted a fourth. Scott's Roofing was the first to come out. They were also the lowest bidder. Their proposal was also the most comprehensive and detailed. When Sean Nadeau told me they'd have it done in a day or two, I was sure there was no way. Our house is literally This Old House, and it's also 2½ stories. Not only was the roof (including two porch roofs) completely stripped the first day, the new roof was completely finished also. A second crew came out two days later and installed new gutters and were done in two hours. The roof looks beautiful.

I personally liked the sales pitch. There was not one. Assessed the roof size, quoted a price, texted a flyer with materials to be used, I picked a shingle color, signed a contract on line and the deal was done. This company arrived on time, completed on a timely schedule and did a nice job, cleaned up, removed the dumpster and I paid. No drama. Price was excellent. Thanks, guys!

They showed up when Sean said they would. Completed my roof in one day. When finished, they made sure the perimeter of my home was clean (i.e., no nails, shingles, mess, etc.) . Lastly, the architectural shingles Sean recommended look fantastic on my roof!!! Very satisfying experience!!!
