On his initial visit , Jermaine took a drone and sent it through the attic access to take photos of the rafters. They would ordinarily send it up to photograph every section of the roof but because of busy airspace they could not in our case for safety sake. No other company that we had. interviewed had this technology .He still took photos of all aspects of the roof to show us missing shingles etc. The roof and gutters look awesome ! The crew works tirelessly and had our beautiful new roof up in one day, the gutters , the next. Except for 4 or five nails, and small debris cleanup was flawless Brian came on day one, to talk logistics and back on day two for a walk around to see the job the crew did. He is very personable, yet professional, as was Jermaine. When we agreed to sign up with this company, they expected to put up a sign on our property that very day even though work was not supposed to start for a month. It made zero sense to put out a sign that early and I was adamant that unless there was some indication that work was starting or started, I did not want any signage. Jermaine was gracious, They want to make customers / us happy. They for the most part have kept up with their promises. Signage up on day one of work . Still there for the foreseeable future My husband asked about a bathroom venting issue. Bruno ( foreman, perhaps, not sure of title) did initial prep but to hookup tubing was something they do not do. He gave us the name of someone, that does because we need to hire a plumber or HVAC person . My husband called, left message a week ago, told Brian and no one got back to The rainspouts need lengthening but no calls, no text from a week ago. I guess if we do not hear from them will have to reach out and do something about it .

Solid company, great owners, and very experienced all around. I primarily worked with Irving (sales) and Matt (owner) during the initial phases and both were excellent, accommodating, and had my back (more about what I needed vs. what they could make money on). The crew showed up on time and worked diligently and expertly all day, and left the place 99% perfect (as if they weren't here). They came back the next day to fix a couple minor things we discovered in the walkthrough (a loose gutter, a fix to the siding, nothing serious). Would use again (but hope this roof will last me 40+ years, so hopefully not!)

My husband and I needed a new roof and replacement of our old aluminum siding that was pulling off the house. We compiled a list of 15 contractors. Some contractors did just roofs, some just siding, and some did both. After meeting with everyone and reviewing quotes we decided to go with Brian Leblanc Roofing. He always worked within our budget and communicated costs. Brian listened to all our needs and made recommendations and changes based on those. We had been experiencing uneven temperature in some of rooms, so he recommended adding insulation board under the siding. We noticed an immediate difference. The temperature in the house is more even and holds well through out the day regardless of the out-side conditions. He also addressed our poor ventilation in the attic providing us with better air flow and less heat loss. The crews were extremely professional and polite and cleaned up after each day to ensure debris was kept out of the gardens and flower beds and to keep our dog safe. From the beginning we emphasized the importance of communication to us and I have to say we have no complaints in that department. He communicated delays in the siding arrival, gave daily updates on job progress when things were in process and addressed any concerns or changes we had promptly throughout the entire project. He also checked progress daily and showed us things he found that he was going to have fixed. We couldnâ t be happier with the results and have gotten multiple compliments from everyone that had seen the before and after. We would not hesitate to recommend Brian and his entire team for both roofing and siding.

My job was a repair and Brian came out to evaluate the problem and help me work through some possible solutions. When it was time to do the work, Brian made sure that his crew performed as promised. He understands that the crew's work "and" their behaviors reflect back on him and his partner. Brian takes Ownership of making sure that the customer sees great value in the overall experience. Price always matters when it comes to home improvements, however, the pricing is only part of the overall evaluation. "Thank you for the outstanding 5 star review. This repair was just installing new caps on a hip roof and putting new caps on a 18 year old roof its almost impossible to match it. We installed the cap that i thought was the best match but it was to dark but it was the original shingle color. he wanted to replace one section that stood out the most so i looked and looked to try to find a better match. Finally i think we have the color, but when we started to fix it the bundles of caps were different shades so we had to pick and choose the right match. The final product came out awesome and at the end of the day if my customers are very happy well then so am I Thank you again Brian L"
