His crew worked extremely hard in extreme heat. We don’t have any trees near our roof so they were in the sun all day. They never slowed down they kept a steady pace. They were at our home 2 days, they worked cash a team to complete the job and the clean up was done with precision each day. People going by we’re impressed with the professionalism of your company and of an amazing job. One of our neighbors is interested in your company doing his roof. "We had an excellent experience with Nick Tracey Roofing! The onsite estimate was very thorough, all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. When the issue arose due to our roof needing extra plywood and a pvc water barrier arose, it was handled without head ache. The information about the products and procedures was well presented. We really appreciated the quality and quantity of communication thru out the entire process. It was a job well-done and we are pleased with all aspects of our roofing experience."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"This company is the best! Anthony responded immediately to my much needed request, came out and saw the roofing issue that others had missed, and repaired it 100%. He even did a water test to be sure that the repair was perfect! I called him again a few days later for another roofing issue and he again responded very promptly and corrected an issue that another roofing company earlier this year had completely botched! The cost was amazingly reasonable and less than other companies. Thank you Anthony, you're the best!!!"
