"JPCarroll did a fabulous job on replacing my complicated, decrepit Victorian roof, completing it in a timely way and against adversity – they did the whole thing in the month of January in freezing temperatures and sometimes snow and ice. I interviewed five other roofers. However, their sales person took more time and provided far more specificity than any of the other others. Their bid was not the cheapest but turned out to be the best value by far. They went the extra mile to resolve many unforeseen problems, and the quality of work was high.
