We have been in our home for 21 years and our roof needed to be replaced. I did my due diligence and received 4 quotes from HomeAdvisor recommended roofers (Asphalt shingles not metal since we will be downsizing in 2-5 years max.) A neighbor had moved in last year and had their roof done by Exteriors Unlimited, LLC. I decided to get a 5th quote. I received quotes from 5 GAF Certified roofing companies. Four of them ranged from $13,800 to $18,000 - all with very similar terms and warranties, with some variation on the cost of replacing plywood, if necessary. Several of them gave estimates of Good, Better, and Best. The difference of Best costing not very much more, and includes a netter roof ridge vent and upgraded breathable shield layer. They all included releading the chimney, replacing the second story bathroom vent, and full 8 in edge stripping. The other minor difference was the length of the labor warranty. Ironically the most expensive quote had the shortest (5 yr) labor warranty. Most were 10 years. The latest generation of GAF HDZ shingles has a 50 yr warranty and a 130 mph wind rating. (compared with 20-25 yr with asphalt shingles 15-20 yrs ago.) By far Exteriors Unlimited came in at $11,100 with the same terms. In addition, the work was professional, Chad was great to work with, and our 2400 sq ft home was done in one day (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM). When done, clean-up was exceptional. I think our Eagle-Eye 12 yr old grandson found only 1 nail and no other rubbish. Very Highly Recommend!

Very easy to get in touch with! Whenever I had a question for Chad, he was always an easy text or call away. The quality of the work is good, and the price was about $100 less than comparable quotes I received from contractors using the same roofing system.

Chad and his team are amazing! I sided my whole house with them and then replaced my extra large windows in my living room. He discovered some rot in the wall when replacing the window and worked with my insurance company to get the wall replaced. All of the work theyâ ve done has been flawless and when or if I said something I didnâ t love he made it exactly what I was looking for!

A few months after I bought our house A portion of roof blew off 3 days before a snow storm while I was installing a drywall ceiling in the bedrooms So time was of the essence. I called multiple companies and no one would help in that short time span. Chad came out personally rather than a sales person calling me and he assured me they would tarp my roof if they couldnâ t install in time. Needless to say they stripped and installed my new roof before the storm. No other company would tarp the roof in the meantime so the fact chad would was a deal sealer. My roof looks awesome and next time I need something heâ s the guy Iâ ll be calling. Exceptional customer service and quality work.

They were the more pricey of the quotes we received but offered some really sweet financing options that made it affordable to do our entire, multi structure project, right away. Great service, got the job done quickly, and left the property clean.
