They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe?
