In September of 2009, we became a Certified Elite Generac dealer. Our technicians are factory trained at the Generac factory in Wisconsin on installation, maintenance and how to properly troubleshoot generators. Once a year, we send our technicians back to Generac for further training to stay up to date with new techniques.
