Finding WB lightning rods was like winning the lottery. We moved into an old farmhouse and did not realize the original system (from 1875) was no longer grounded. I panicked, knowing that finding someone to work on lightning rods would be like finding a unicorn. I looked online and their company was the only one who popped up advertising to do this type of specialty work. My call was returned immediately. William was very patient answering all of my questions. He did not try to sell me a new system, offering to correct my historic system if that is what we preferred. It happened that he was already heading to our area of VA to do a couple other jobs nearby and he worked us into his schedule for the next week. Because of the historic tiles on my roof we needed to rent a lift. We had trouble finding one available. He took it upon himself to call around and found a rental company who had one available when we needed it. We were able to get the lift and the work was completed. We decided to have them install a single rod and tie the existing rods into the new system. There are no words to emphasize how kind and customer oriented this company is. The expertise of their family run business (generations of knowledge) has left us with great peace of mind. We highly recommend!

We had significant storm damage and our lightning rod was literally ripped off our house. WB came out gave me a quote and multiple options. We agreed on a course of action and they were finished the next day. Incredibly courteous and professional. Quality of the work is outstanding. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

My personal thoughts I feel that I was over charged to put in a "GF1". Meaning I already had the outlet but also felt as if I was charged for the gentleman not having the part with him on hand but he had to go to home depot to purchase I was charged $345.00 I would like to keep my friends and family there for I would not be recommending them for the use of this company

William was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. We had him install a full home lightning protection system on our South Florida home. He showed up on time, did clean work and after he was done he left a clean job site. I did not go up on he roof, but from what I could tell, he did a great job, with high quality materials. I enjoyed my experience with William and encourage anyone looking for lightning protection to give him a call.

WB Lightning Rods is an excellent company which scheduled the job quickly and the owner, William, installed a full lightning protection system. The work was great and I couldn't be happier

MB Lightning Rods installed a 7-rod lightning rod system on my house. In addition, they installed a bonded 10' grounding rod to protect the salt water pool aluminum screened-in pool cage as well they installed a bonded 10' rod to bond the pool motor/heater/and bond field to earth ground. The work and craftsmanship was stellar whereby William (Bill) and his install team ensured all the high peaks were protected with the lightning rods. We elected to go with the aluminum rods and cabling to bonded earth ground. Since copper is expensive and scrap copper is at an all time high, we felt aluminum was a better metal since illegal "scrapers" are only stealing copper cables off homes. additionally, the aluminum rods look better with the roof color/and color scheme of the house. I enthusiastically recommend MB Lightning Rods to residents who are looking for a proper installation to protect their homes from random and destructive lightning strikes.

Wonderful workmanship and customer service.

We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection
