We learned so much from Owen about how smart these raccoons are. He was thorough in cleaning up afterwards. He even went back up into the attic to clean the poop up that the raccoon left. Lowes and Home Depot didn't have ready-made mailbox posts, so he built one - it's nicely crafted - at no extra cost, and he remounted the metal mail box and the house numbers and installed the post in concrete. I put the original short fence up, and Nelson rebuilt it as it should have been done. The two walls inside my house were repaired, painted, and look like new. Nelson Alvarez is good, honest man. We will call him again for sure! ."

"The bedbug team at SPS are very friendly and very professional. Compared to other exterminators who came to bid on our job, they were much more thorough with their initial inspection, and they shared much more information about how/where bedbugs live, different approaches to elimination, and different likelihoods of success. In the end, they did a combination of heat and chemical treatment that seems to have taken care of our problems. (I'm confident that if we have any other problems during our warranty period, the SPS guys will show up quickly to stamp out any lingering problems.) For their two visits, SPS came in clean white vans without signage or logos that would tell neighbors, "HEY, THERE ARE BEDBUGS HERE." I thought that was a nice courtesy. On both visits, they came when they said they would and got their work done quickly and neatly. Also, I want to thank John for going the extra mile and moving a couple of pieces of furniture and a few other things that I didn't realize I needed to move. I definitely endorse the team at SPS."

He did not recommend or even suggest doing anything that would void the warranty on my roof. I had shopped around and the price for his work was very reasonable. Jeff came a few days later and put flashing around some soffits, sealed the edges of my ridge vent and sealed some gaps where it looked like critters were gnawing.
