I took my cats to CCC to get spayed/ neutered back a few years back. I hadn't been to this clinic before, but I had JUST moved to Cary from Raleigh and needed something closer than their current vet that was off of Wake Forest Rd. I found the facility lacking in presentation and the staff, though nice, seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. The appointment to drop both of them off was late by almost an hour and when the vet finally came in, the initial exam was rushed and I felt like the doctor was either running very behind schedule, or she was just extremely impatient by nature. The surgeries seemed to be done in completion. I have no frame of reference as to what to expect, but they healed without infection, seemingly quickly (especially the boy cat), but I was charged twice for the same bloodwork for one cat, and for some reason, the discrepancy took FOREVER (read: a bunch of phone calls and I had to show up at the practice 3 different times!) to clear up. Again, the staff didn't give off the impression that they knew what they were doing during any of the times that I was there. Anyway, the biggest problem I had with this vet clinic is that my cats were extremely friendly and social cats and NEVER had a problem with a vet before this, but after that visit, they would go completely feral if a vet tried to examine them. We now have to pay for house calls for both of them...particularly the girl cat. And she's the only one that had to stay overnight, so it really makes me wonder. I would never go back to this place, or recommend it to any of my friends.

I like them. The place is very nice and the vet is really caring. She even has a handicapped cat of her own and she carries her like a baby wherever she goes.

They had no solution.

We had to board our two cats for two weeks. I was quite nervous to leave my cats for that long in a strange (not home) place. After spending some time at the clinic, it was obvious the place was dedicated to cats and their well being. It was nice they had many and quot;clinic catsand quot; roaming around the waiting area or just sleeping. All of them seemed quite happy. We decided on the big cat suite room because of the length of stay and felt the cats would be more comfortable. Once they were boarded, I rarely worried about them and felt that they were in good hands. We visited them a couple times and both cats were happy to see us, and seemed well adjusted. Everyone who worked there was kind. Though we spent a lot to board for the two weeks, I would definitely go back because I felt completely confident that they were well cared for. I would highly recommend the facility to others!

Everything went well. I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up late that afternoon. The vet doing the cleaning and tooth removal called me before proceeding and explained everything in detail.

Dr. Hodge is very good. She takes the time. She is good with the animals. She is great. I would use them again in the future.
