Every time we've taken our animals here its been a good experience. Nice people, great Drs who really take the time to speak with you about your concerns and recommend good products, good pricing.

They are good. We like them. They call me back on the weekends. They are very good. That they are very caring with your pets. They are very good about learning their specific weird idiocy.

I have been using them for the last 12 years.

The wait time was no more than 10 minutes. The vet interacts fine with my pet. She is great. Convenience keeps me going back to them.

The doctor didn't find anything medically wrong but surmised that my dog was reacting to an contact allergy (pollen, etc.) and made some suggestions. She also wrote into the file that if those suggestions didn't work I could try a short course of steroids and I wouldn't have to come back to see a doctor again to get it.
I have been going to this clinic for about 15 years with dogs and a cat. They were very kind when I had to put down two older dogs who were terminally ill, providing a private and comfortable space to say goodbye and being very sympathetic. And they didn't try to sell me on treatment that was unlikely to extend their lives in any substantial way.

When I brought my cat in for a second opinion, they confirmed the kidney failure diagnosis that my regular vet had given. But this clinic did numerous tests and advised ways to prolong his life. These tests were not necessary for this diagnosis as my cat symptoms were obvious. They prescribed two bags of fluids to inject twice a day. My cat looked miserable and was very sick. They were only postponing the inevitable and costed me a lot of money over time. They did not give me the option of putting my cat down. I had to take my cat to another vet to put him down. I did not feel that I had this option with them. I do not have the receipts from 1997 so I can only guess at my expenses over a month or so. $200 was probably a minimal guess for the first visit.I would not recommend this vet because they perform needless tests and provide lots of supplies that are more expensive than my regular vet. I will not go back for a 2d opinion again. I have gone there recently for special cat food when my regular vet was out. Their supplies are always more expensive. I will not be going back.

The experience has been good. It's easy to make appointments. They are friendly and I'm happy with them.

They are very good. I like them. I use them all the time. He goes in there for everything and he was always getting in trouble and dogs would chase him. He's had all kinds of problems but he's a big, fat happy cat. They have good vets.

We have been using their services for about a year and a half now. We like our vet over there a lot. It’s also really convenient to where we live. It’s a little bit expensive. The facilities aren’t super or nice looking, but the vets are really good. So I think it’s worth it.

My dog was terrified but there is little that could be done other than provide service a bit more quickly.

I always use Carrboro Plaza Animal Clinic to care for my chihuahua when I am away. Everyone there knows us by name, they are friendly and caring and my pet, Cocoa Isabella, likes to be cared for by Steve, Penny, Justin, Dr. Schneider, Dtr. Gavin and everyone else. When I leave Izzie at CPAC, I know she is receiving good care and lots of love.

They have a couple of veterinarians that we have been using for a long time now. They are pretty sympathetic. It is easy to get appointments with them. They know your pets. They are interested in solving their concerns and problems. They are very punctual too. They are very responsive; they call us back. Unfortunately, the cost of keeping a dog these days is very high. We believe that it is very difficult to get out of a vet’s clinic without a huge bill. Our dogs are older. So, we don’t have pet insurance.

I have a 16-year-old cat with lots of health problems and we have been using this clinic for several years. They have several veterinarians, but I particularly like Dr. Marin and Dr. Snyder. Their vet techs are also terrific, particularly Kristi Laster. The clinic is very good about having a vet phone you on the same day if you have a question, and with my cat's problems, I phone them a lot. I particularly appreciate their sensitivity as we discuss my cat's end-of-life care. On the other hand, I do think they are quite expensive -- but so far, they have taken very good care of both me and my cat.

My dogs and cats have been patients at this clinic for over 20 years. Recently my cat who is 18 years old with many health problems, came in for her blood work. Dr Snyder proved again to be very caring, thoughtful, and had wonderful followup on my cat, because of the need to change the medication. I have found this true with all my animals over the years. I will continue to go to this veterinary clinic because I think they do an excellent job taking care of my animals.
