"Please enter what you would like the response to look like:Hello, We understand your frustration concerning your termite baiting system. Just wanted to recap our understanding of the situation. On July 6, 2016, we came out and performed an inspection on your existing baiting system. In this inspection, we also inspected the garage and crawl space areas. At that tome, there was no termite activity found. We recommended at that time to replace the older baiting system with the newer Sentricon baiting system that is currently in use. With the upgrade, we would be able to properly service the stations and the home would have always active protection. On July 3, 2017, we received an email from you stating that the technician notified you that there were some damaged stations that needed repair or replacement. Again, these are the older stations that we do not use or have access to replacements. In your email, you had asked that we just move some stations around to replace the broken ones. The office asked me about that and I informed them to let you know that that is not something we would do due to them being older stations that we did not originally install. Therefore, it would make us responsible for the termite protection of your home with a product that we did not use or install. We then received a negative review nearly seven months later stating that you were not satisfied with the service that we performed for about a year. We pride ourselves on good communication with our customers and that we make solid recommendations to improve the services on their homes. It would be reasonable to have expressed your dissatisfaction prior to this. Feel free to contact me with an questions or concerns. Charles Crowley Operations Manager SPS, Inc. To be honest, I did not deal with them directly. We had a little trouble regarding communication on whether the treatment is good because we sort of noticed some pests coming back. My interaction with them was good as long as we were able to reach them but I think we had trouble kind of confirming appointments and payments, things like that. They may have had the wrong email address, maybe I can't really blame them. This was a couple of months ago and it is kind of hard to remember enough to really grade them fairly. On pricing I have no basis of comparison. I don't really know yet how good the treatment is.
I recently sold my house and had to evict some bats from the attic before closing. SPS responded to my request for services promptly, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the work within a week, all to meet my tight timeframe. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with - I would use them again in a minute!
