Easy to schedule, called and got in that same day. Vets examined and diagnosis in a timely manner.

On the price I give them an A, I can't afford their A! They're very professional.

She needed several shots. I think it was $170. On the price, I think they're reasonable. I hate to give them an A because they're expensive. I take my dog there because they're outstanding. I've used them since I moved here. The vet treats my pet very lovingly. She's a lab mix, she's a rescue. It's very clean, it's really a very nice hospital.

I have five animals. We've been using them for 11 years. I have five animals, I think the owner has a wing on his house with our name on it. I've got three cats and two dogs.

We use them all the time as our primary boarder. The staff is wonderful. They are very good with dogs. The vet is on site, so it is animal care center and a veterinary hospital, so you feel secure about leaving your animal there. They charge $70 a day  for 2 dogs.

We took our dog to this facility for an all day evaluation to see if she would do well in it for daycare. My husband dropped her off, and noticed that the staff were not particularly interested in taking her bag with treats and her special toy. He asked if they have a monitor for watching our dog at the facility, and they said no. He felt a reluctance on their part to let him go back with her on this first visit to see the facility where our dog would be spending the day. When I had previously called them, they were vague about what goes on during the day. I picked up our dog after work, and she was practically doing backwards flips with joy to see me. She whimpered and whined with extreme anxiety (boy, she seemed exceptionally glad to jump in our car and get away from that place but the trauma did not end). This is a dog who normally jumps right into the ring with other dogs, and leads the pack in productive play. She whined and made sad noises all the way home. My husband said that her posture looked as though she had been hit or kicked. It was as if we brought home a totally different dog than the one we left off in the morning.

One of the traumas that we know of was the choke collar they insisted on using instead of her usual harness. My husband said that in the morning, they insisted on not using her leash and harness and preferred a choke collar (which can damage a dog's neck).

The staff was unfriendly to myself, and also to my husband. We expected some type of evaluation about her behavior during the day, but I had to pull a few words out of them at the front desk when I was trying to hurry and get her out. A young lady said that she was nervous all day with other dogs and finally played at the end of the day.

Why did they not call us if she was nervous all day? Also, this is a dog who has been highly socialized with other dogs and people, and is exceptionally gregarious? What exactly happened? 

Like another reviewer stated, they appear to be mostly high school kids working here. Will not recommend this facility to anyone else unless the owners change their business practices, especially in the area of transparency and better staff. Was frightening to think of what went on behind that desk in the back rooms and "play yard", which we never did see. A young lady at the front desk said that we could tour the back between 10:00 and 12:00 -- they know that most people are working then so they will not have many visitors.

He was happy there.  I felt good about it because he seemed to be happy when we took him out.  They were very nice.  We went to the site and had a little tour because we just went for a drop in and it felt like I've seen the true facility.  It was very good, very clean, the dogs are very well kept and the staff was excellent.  I felt like it was a very good quality place.  We walked in unannounced but they were very responsive to our request.  We looked at three animal boarding and they were by far the best.

Very professional, very good service.  They let us look at kennels and cat room, and both were very clean.  Staff was pleasant, and animals seem well taken care of.

I've taken my pet there several times in the past. They are excellent. I pay anyone from $90-$150. They do grooming and boarding but I don't use those services. It is a very friendly staff. The vet personally calls several days after the visit to check on the condition. It is like a progress report which is always helpful.

It's the best experience. I've never had any issues. They've always been phenomenal. They're good with the dogs.

They are great. They are very helpful. I like the new vet and I am going to continue going there. The vet is very caring and cares for my dog, so I am very happy with the vet. The price wasn't cheap but it was comparable to the past vet I used.

I have used Town and Country as my veterinarian for over 5 years and
they have always provided excellent care for my dogs and cats. I have
always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me as I
asked questions. Appointments were never difficult to schedule and
they always did their best to accommodate me if I had an emergency
health issue. They cared well for my greyhound as she was suffering
through a heart related illness and were amazing when it came time to
make the hard decision to put her down. The vet always called to
follow-up on my pet's well-being after a procedure and made the effort to research a clinical trial that my greyhound was eligible for. Although their prices are a little higher, they are usually competitive in pricing with most things and I trust the care they provide. I will continue to use Town and Country and would recommend them to friends.

It's very positive. In terms of dogs, the vet care is excellent. The vets are very personable and punctual. I think they give good quality care. We've used the boarding numerous times and we feel very comfortable and very safe leaving our dogs with them. I think they are a little expensive.

During the ~3 times I have used this boarding kennel, what I have noticed first is all customer contact is w/ people who appear to be high school or college age, do not see adults around. The kennel charges about 10-20% more for daily boarding based on averages for other kennels in the area. Then they nickel and dime you to death for every little extra like walks and medication administration, plus they charge you extra to provide your own pet food! (Knowledgeable pet owners know that abrupt changes in food in an already stressful situation, like boarding, can cause major digestive issues for a pet.) They do not provide Sunday drop-off, which means if you have a vacation rental beginning on a Sun., you have to drop off on Sat, and pay for an extra day, or wait until Mon. AM. The place appears to be clean and has nice grounds for pet and quot;nature walks.and quot; I will only use this kennel again, if I have an emergency situation and my first choice is not available.

Overall the time checked in to check out was average. About 20 - 26 min. Dr. Groulx introduced herself with a handshake. She gave my kitten her last vaccination until next year when she needs her yearly. I received a free dose of Revolution (about a $17 value) and I had a free office visit for first time patients (about a $53 value). Dr. Groulx was very friendly and approchable. I definitely will come back here again.

Excellant care given. My cat that I was caring for became suddenly ill and they got me in quickly and reassured me. Reasonable options were given. Staff and VMD were excellant.

They are very competent vets.
