Things went well, and because I was an existing customer for termite control, they gave me an additional break from what was already a good price.

In North Carolina we have to have termite insurance here. We have a problem with that. They call me to remind me its time for your annual. I know the feller the technician that comes out, he wasn't able to come out this time. The scheduling when U called back, I missed him. They sent another out that was friendly and professional. I go around and watch them. I make sure to remove anything that may get in their way, so they can do their jobs quickly.

When I bought the house I got their name through the realtor. I got the house secured. You have to have an termite inspection to sell a house. I knew the termite inspector the previous owner had, I did not like them. I dropped them, and got these people. They could not crawl through the deck, no one can get to it. That area is not treated, its not accessible. They check with flashlights, to see that area. They do what they can. Price is pretty typical. They came out twice. They didn't charge me the first time. That was an estimate. They went over the previous owner's records.

They are always early. They have great service and if you need them anytime between the regular periods, they will come out and there is no extra charge.

They just tell us when they are going to show up and I am here. I have had them for 10 years.

The house we purchased had obvious active termite infestation with very clear damage around the back door and kitchen floor. The wood in the door was held together only by the paint. Any ethical, conscientious and knowledgable termite inspector would have found this damage easily. This company, however, gave us a clean termite inspection for our purchase so we went ahead with it in good faith. Unfortunately, for us the homebuyers, when a termite inspection is done for a home purchase it is a different type of inspection than the one done if you call a termite company to come out to your home and check for termites. Ironically, they will do that inspection at no charge because they are trying to get your business. The inspection done in connection with this real estate buy came with a $475 bill and all they had to do was come in walk around, see if any termites introduce themselves and walk out. They are not even required to tap the wood inside your house to see if it's hollow and being eaten by termites. They simply walk around, collect the money for the inspection and walk out. At least that's what this company did and now they are hiding behind the faulty state report that says they only have to do a visual inspection. If the company was reputable they would have actually done an inspection. They refused to pay for any of the damage that my husband and I had to have done to the home we purchased because of their inferior inspection. Our realtor told us when we called her about the termites not to worry because we had a termite inspection and they would stand behind it. Buyers beware this company will not!! Then to add insult to injury the owner of this company and the manager told me the termites moved in just after they inspected and ate an entire door frame before we moved in a few weeks later, while being rude and condescending to boot! In addition to costing us thousands of dollars in repairs they also insulted us. They never once apologized or tried to work out a solution. They told us "out of courtesy we will treat only the area where we think the termites came in and give you a discount to treat the house, but we will not pay for any of the damage you purchased with the house because of us. Did they honestly think I would trust them with what was left of my house. Not a chance!!! Please beware of this company because 2 other termite inspectors have been in here since and both said the termites and the damage were here when this company inspected. Do yourselves a favor if you're considering buying a house and call an inspector to come in and actually look for termites in hopes of gaining your business to treat the house. THAT'S A FREE INSPECTION. I paid this company...Unbelievable!! I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thanks, Darlene Heuts PS I asked them to pay $1000 which was just a portion of the damage we incurred. They said absolutely not and tried to intimidate me by saying I was slandering them. Trust me every word of this review is true and while I lost out I don't want anyone else to.

The technician was very friendly.  He explained how everything would work with my quarterly treatment.  He stated he thought he was only coming out here to spray and sign me up for quarterly service.  I told him I had requested a quote from the office, when I had originally called, and they told me they were sending him.  He said his direction was that I was signing up for the quarterly service and he did not realize that I had not been told how the service works.  He proceeded to explain the quarterly service and discussed what all was included.  He ended up spraying the entire house and was very happy to do so.  I asked him about termite protection and he said that he would have to call his boss.  After making the phone call he spoke with me and told me that his boss would call me back within the week and set up and appointment,  but he was not involved with the termite side of things and the boss had to come do the estimate.   Long story short, I never heard from the boss for the termite inspection/treatment.  
It appears to me that the front office didn't quite have everything together.  1) I simply requested a price quote for quarterly service and instead received a technician who was told I was signing up for service.  2)  I'm writing this review on July 7th (almost a month after the service was performed) and have yet to hear about my termite inspection/treatment.  I decided to give them a C in responsiveness because for the quarterly treatment they were very quick to get a tech to my house (within a week).  But do to lack of communication/understanding I have yet to hear anything about termite control.

I got three months of their mosquito treatments. If it doesn't work, they promise to come back and try again - its a great service.

I have 15 years of service from them and they have been outstanding. They're excellent for me. There is no flaw with their service. They're the best.

Called company at noon and asked if someone could come out today.  CSR said she would contact manager and have him call me.  Mr. Holland called and said Allen would be at my house in about 10 minutes.  He was.  I showed him the area of the kitchen where the ants were seen.  He went under the house, found the nest and destroyed.  He would come back if we saw any more ants within thirty days.  He left information about the company's services and prices because I asked for it.

We have been using their services since we purchased the house fifteen years ago. They call each time the inspection is due. They come out once each year for inspection. We have had termites twice since we have been living in this home. The second time was in the same area they had previously treated. They were located in an area underneath the house that was hard to get into. They treated both times and subcontracted the repair work. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Sid examined around the house and conducted through testing in the crawl space of this renovated old home.  His testing of wood for rot/termites was thorough, and his extra efforts to test beneath covered surfaces was very helpful.  Sid was friendly, professional and efficient all around.
