I’ve been using them for 20 years. I keep going back because they have excellent veterinarians and they provide really good care. They follow up on their care to ensure the diagnosis is right and the treatments are working. They do not charge for these follow up visits unless they have to prescribe something different. Just the follow up and to see how things are going there’s no charge. I think that shows that they are following up to make sure the pet is better and I like that.

Update

This month we took our dog in for a general check up and they discovered that she had a cracked tooth, we was quoted in writing that it would cost $800.00 + to remove the tooth or repair it.
That seemed like a really high price so we went to another Animal Hospital and had her looked at. The quote for the very same thing was $402.00.
Clayton Animal Hospital had forgave the bill for chester our cat as they had to put him down and the way it looks is they were trying to recoup the money they lost on Chester by over charging for our dog which is very dishonest.

We have lost all faith and trust in Clayton Animal Hospital. I would advise that you get more than one quote before you have your pet treated at Clayton Animal Hospital for anything that is in the 100's of dollars.

Dr. Barzola is a very professional vet who obviously cares a great deal about our pets. She is always very thorough and discusses her findings and recommendations completely. She has cared for our and quot;agingand quot; Shih-Tzu very gently for several years now and puts the dog at ease during her exams; she is helping this dog to age as gracefully and comfortably as possible and remain healthy in her declining years.

Since relocating to this area, we have used Clayton Animal Hospital on 3 occasions and have been very pleased with the care both of our dogs received. Everyone there is very courteous and attentive from the reception staff, the vet techs to Dr. Beam. Our older dog has always been uneasy in previous visits to other vet's offices but was surprisingly at ease with Dr. Beam and her staff. Our younger dog also responded well to the surroundings and staff. We will definitely keep seeing Dr. Beam for all our dogs medical needs.

They are wonderful. She is really good at relieving the pain for my golden retriever. She also runs a kennel. We trust them explicitly and we are very fussy about our dogs. We are really pleased.
