"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense.
