"Everyone was easy to work with. The crew was very pleasant and hard-working, and their leader, Dave was great. Ken was kind to include a few extra details in the agreed price. My only concern was that the working procedures with the mold seemed a little lax . I expected the materials to be bagged up in airtight plastic, but they were just piled loose into their van.I thought the room would be sealed off from everything. The way upstairs was sealed off with plastic, but the door downstairs was simply open into the garage, which had its large door open and a machine blowing out the air from there. But on the whole we were very pleased."

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

Many items that look badly damaged may be able to be completely restored. Unfortunately, some items may be beyond restoration. However, in most cases, the damage can be avoided if the restorative drying process is begun without delay.

"WARNING: DO NOT USER AMERICAN WATER DAMAGE IF YOU WANT YOUR PROJECTED COMPLETED. On Christmas, our upstairs bathroom tub leaked causing water damage to our first floor. Initially, American Water Damage came out and helped mitigate the problem. (That's why they get one star). There after, 5 weeks went by before the owner finally got back to me with their final estimate on fixing the issue which was ridiculous and contained over charge items. When questioned, the owner just stopped responding to me. It was not only the owner but both Jonathan and Deanna were unresponsive and did not follow through on promised items. If you want the job completed, use someone else."
