"This guy was trouble from the beginning. You could not satisfied this customer regardless of what we did. The brushes we use are on a rotating drill to insure proper cleaning. After 28 years and over 30,000 customers residential and commerical we do are best to make customers happy. This man was looking to have his house clean and not pay for it. I told the techs after they called me to just leave it was not worth arguing with the customer. The house was only 9 vents and all we were charging him was 400.00. If he would have let the techs do their job and if he saw something that we missed we would have done everything we could to make him happy."

"Talk to this lady and told her to send me pictures of floor and I turned then over to flooring expert which say she had to use something besides water to do that to her floor. There was a vacuum in her room that is how the soot gets vacuumed up. In the process of getting back to the lady the bank informed me she had stop payment on check. This sounds like she wanted her things cleaned for nothing. Which in 26 years is not the first time. If she needed an answer sooner all she had to do was call."

"We went back the next day to check out her problem but would not let us in to check it out. Destiny took pictures of the vents as we clean them so we can show customer. If the customer does not let us check it out there is not much we can do. That should be common sense."
