Foundation Repair
These guys are the kings of the hard sell. They pushed me to sign a contract before they'd even delivered the report showing what work would be done. Reputable companies don't discourage you from getting competitive bids, nor do they push you to "sign right now" without going over the details. And to add insult to injury, they NEVER stop calling you, no matter how many times you ask them to stop.

From start to finish, everything went great. Jay was thorough and answered ALL of our questions. He even reviewed the competition's proposal! The communication was fantastic every step of the way. The installation was a complicated one being that we have a 100+ year old farmhouse. Tyrese and Stephen had quite the challenge! They did a phenomenal job and really went above and beyond. They worked so hard and did an excellent job of explaining things. Five stars all day

Jay Yount was great salesperson and Ceritified Field Inspector. Foreman David P and crew mates Ernesto "Nestor" and James C were knowledgeable and efficient, arrived on time and got the job done in two days. Results of the floor stabilization were communicated to me clearly before, during and after the work was performed. All my expectations were at least met. Would definitely recommend Tar Heel to friends and family.

This was a good company for a long time. I purchased a dry zone system from them for my crawl space and the installation was very well done. However, since they were purchased by Groundworks, their processes have declined in effectiveness. I recently had a maintenance visit for my system, during which a simple electrical problem was identified. The tech was not qualified to fully diagnose or fix the problem, and it has been a month without any progress or response from their service or production departments. I've had to call four times, spending 15-30 minutes on the phone each time, and still don't have an appointment for the repair to be completed. It's a shame to see a good company fall this far.

Gary H. and Robert H. were absolutely the best I have ever had doing work in my home. They worked like this was their home. Some people say they do but these guys didn’t have to say it. I saw it. I have a small home but they treated it like it was priceless. I needed new support system in two rooms and the work they did was exactly what I wanted. The material quality they chose was top as well. I would recommend these guys and TarHeel to anyone.

They did a piece of my basement and they already make a mess. This guy is not responding to all my messages and calls. at first they went to fix but after that they didn't went again to fix everything. That's the reason why I needed to hire another company.
