Duct Doctor did a great job! The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained what he would be doing and what I could expect during the process. The ducts had probably not been cleaned since the system was installed many years ago. The job took about 2.5 hours from start to finish and I would use this service again without hesitation. They provide quality service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Jim came out and was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very well. I answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed during the estimate process. The day of the service the associates were extremely cordial, professional and took great care in our house while cleaning the ducts. There was no messes left behind and the results of the clean vents was instantaneous. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company providing a service to our home. Outstanding and would definitely recommend the company over any other duct cleaning service.

Jim Gehrling and his assistant were thorough and gave me a lot of advice on how to keep the ventilation system working at its best. My husband is comatose and in a hospital bed in our living room and was suffering from allergy symptoms that are doubly worse because of his inability to move on his own. I am hoping that getting the mold and pet dander out of our home’s duct work will help my husband’s condition a lot.

Jim came out very quickly and fixed the problem for me! I had been trying to clean lint out of my dryer line and managed to make it worse! He did a fantastic job and I was thrilled with the service and the price! Great company!!!

Jim came by to check the job out and was very honest with us as to the need to have the ducts cleaned. Although it didn’t completely solve our problem, odor coming from the ducts, they did a great job. Things that were moved were replaced and they cleaned up after the job was done.

They were excellent!! They found that my return in the attic was not connected, there was insulation in the vent returns; they took pictures so that I could prove to HVAC company to make repairs. They found a larger bird nest inside dryer vent; since I was having duck work clean too, the dryer vent cleaning was at no cost. They were very thorough and professional, I highly recommend them and will use them again.

It was super easy! I was able to get a realistic estimate from my first contact with Jim. He emailed me an estimate and answered all my questions about the process and scheduling. He arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. He explained what he would be doing under the house to access the system. Not only did they clean out the ducts, they took down all the vent covers and cleaned them outside. (My 40 yo vent covers needed that desperately.) Any mess made inside from the work was cleaned up. He also cleaned my dryer vent. He replaced the duct with a shorter one that fit better and fixed where the vent attached outside so that it was attached properly. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

The whole project, from estimate to completion, went great. Jim was terrific to work with and we would highly recommend Duct Doctors to anyone looking for this type of service in the area.

Excellent. Great advice also about filter quality needed ( I was buying too high a quality and wasting money.) and how to check when to change them.

We just purchased a new home. I had always been told: "first thing, get the dryer vents cleaned out" so I arranged for them to come out and clean them. When he arrived, we learned that the outlet went directly outside from the dryer flexible hose -- with no run of duct work. In other words, the service wasn't needed. He offered to refund, but since the mistake was mine, he should not bear the cost himself. Instead, we agreed when he comes out to clean the house duct work, he will discount what was paid. He also took time to go through our filters, making excellent suggestions, and even fixed an unattached bathroom hose to the proper outlet. Integrity, yes, this gentleman has it!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Duct Doctor USA of the Triad. They are very pleasant, easy to work with and did an excellent job.

Jim and co. were great from start to finish! They were very flexible in working around my schedule. Once at my home, they were pleasant and great with working around my menagerie of animals. I could tell a huge difference in the air quality after they finished. They returned all vents to where they needed to be and vacuumed the debris on the floor too. I was very impressed and will be sure to call them again in the future when the time comes.
