My mind was made up when they came out for a site inspection and quote for mold removal/remediation and removal of the accursed popcorn ceiling Mr. Vierheller and his son were straight forward, personable and knew what they were talking about. They answered all of my questions and offered insights into related issues. They were thorough, and really took their time inspecting not only the bathroom where the work was to done, but the adjoining laundry, sunroom, and walk-in closet, explaining how mold starts, thrives, how to prevent it and what to look out for. Everything was explained clearly and all communication was very prompt. They did an outstanding job, far exceeding the time estimate, and remaning true to the quote. The mudding that needed to be removed was far more than anticipated or ordinarily applied. Truly, a Herculean task! Premier claimed we needed them to perform over $2300 of "cleaning" services to restore the function of the A/C system. Their work order noted that they did not check the refrigerant level of the system - a service they advertise on their web site as part of the bi-annual inspection. Not wanting to spend over $2300 on an older system, I contacted another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company performed the same service, observed that unit was over 2 lbs low on refrigerant, added refrigerant to the system, and restored the system to service for $ 349. I left (2) messages for the service manager Mark Harman and (1) for John Stezzi (business). They failed to return my calls."

He came back and baited and said the office would call and schedule the actual service. 10 days later I finally heard from "the office" saying he'd had the flu and that he'd "researched" and found he couldn't do the work. Squirrels had to be trapped and released, not killed. AFTER poisoning them. I used Critter Control and was very happy with their service. United is NOT the company to use for squirrels!! (I paid them for the bait, but nothing else. I still got a bill, which I ignored!)"
