There is nothing better than a hired professional who not only shows up on time, but who is also, genuinely kind and transparent about pricing. David assured me he would treat my property as well as his own and true to his word, he did. This was money well spent for whole house power washing, as well as driveway, curb and sidewalk cleaning. I have zero reservations about recommending David’s business as has already been hired to complete another project again for me soon!!!

Can't rate work because of steepness of roof and height of chimney couldn't do job. I think they are 100% honest in their assessment. Would recommend texting picture of your house and chimney for them to review ahead of time to make sure it is something they feel comfortable doing.

Avery did a great job. My vents were pretty bad with animal hair. He cleaned them up like new.

I hired them to clean out my ductwork (which was really bad) and ended up having them clean chimney and dryer vent. They did an amazing job!!! Dust is almost non-existent now!!! Hire them!!

Excellent experience working with S & L Services. The ductwork was cleaned and sanitized in a professional manner and they answered all my questions. They were on time and noticed a situation in one of the ducts that needed attention. Our air conditioner service repairman was called and he worked with S & L to solve the problem.

I was very pleased with S&L Services and the quality of their work. Steve and Avery were both very professional, efficient and tidy. My only concern is that I felt their $200 rate for a service call and 15 minutes of work was quite high.
