Appalachian Air Care LLCFirst we had our ductwork cleaned and sanitized. Second we had our basement walls and overhead beams cleaned of mold and needed concrete block repair/sealing. FABULOUS job. The crew is amazing. They are honest and trustworthy. They take care to keep us informed every step of the way. They installed a dehumidifier and explained everything about the operation. Appalachian Air Care LLCKurt at Appalachian Air was very responsive to my initial inquiry returning my call within just an hour or two. He promptly kept the initial appointment to meet at the property and throughout the process keep me updated each step of the way. We met for a walk through of the property after his crew finished. Here again, he arrived promptly and answered all my questions. He and his crew took a very unhealthy home interior condition and returned the house to healthy livability. I so appreciated Kurt's professionalism and courtesy. It is difficult these days to find a contractor who actually does what he says he will do. The Mad Hatter Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney SweepI called them on a Monday, mentioned that I lived out of town and would be in town on Thursday and Friday. They were able to schedule me for Friday. I had a sudden death in the family and called to reschedule. They were so kind to reschedule me for Thursday since I had to attend a funeral on Friday. They were exactly on time.
