Brady Flanary HVAC Inc

On the advice of the Duke Energy website we called Brady Flanary when our ancient and outdated HVAC system died. We promptly met with a representative who by days end had gotten us an estimate and the promise of loaner window units so we had at least some A/C. We signed the proposal (as did the rep) and offered a deposit. We were told that no money was needed until work was complete. It might be up to 2 weeks before they could begin due to work already being done for other homeowners. That was Tuesday 9/18 On Friday the 21st the head of one of the work crews came to re measure the house and talked extensively with my husband regarding what they would be doing and possible duct changes to the original plan. That night at 630 pm, when we could not contact any other companies, we received a call from our original rep. He hemmed and hawed and gave next to no information but finally under questioning admitted he was calling to cancel our contract. When pressed for a reason he hinted at our parrots (vaccinated and enclosed in one room that needed only a new diffuser) then at our dogs (with their own room for containment when work is being done that has its own heat and air) and finally informed me that he did not know the reason... that the work crew head and the company president had met behind closed doors for quite some time, then come out and told him to call and cancel. He refused to let me speak to either one, refused to take my message (saying they would not return my call) and asked for their loaner window units returned. When I mentioned that we needed to know the reason in case it was something we could fix to get another company to do the work his only answer was he was sorry. Due to the late hour we asked to keep the window units until Monday to secure replacements and he agreed. I did require him to sign for their pick up Monday as by that point I had zero faith in the integrity of this company. Although I have a signed contract at this point I would not allow them in my house. Proceed with caution if you decide to engage Brady Flanery.

They had to replace a part that was getting close to malfunction. You do not have to check after them and they will tell you what they're doing and how come they're doing it and how it effects the overall system and what you can do to make the system work better for you and our particular circumstance. They send one technician and it takes 45 minutes, they leave the area clean.

We were price shopping for a new HVAC unit. They came and explained that what we were looking for was a new construction meaning putting a whole new system in the attic and removing the old from the basement. They even gave us advice on brands, companies and questions we would need to ask amother company.

Turn around time from initial call until they arrived was under 1 hour. Very professional. Diagnosed problem quickly and had parts on the truck to fix it.

I've been using them for at least five to six years. They are very dependable and on time. My daughter used them also to get a heat pump. We've been happy with them and we would recommend them.

They did an excellant job and were extremely polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone if asked.

Everything was wonderful. We started using them a few years ago when our heat went out when it was below 0, they had someone out immediately. For the last 3 years we have been using them. They are always here when they say they will be. They are always very polite and extremely clean. I can't say enough positive things about them. They are also always happy to answer any questions that we have. I highly recommend them to anyone. They definitely go above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

Brady Flannery was the third and highest bid we took on this job. their ratings on Angie's list and the professionalism of the representative swayed us. The house is about 1,000 sq ft and all of them treat it as if it were as important as any job they had. The company and it's representatives were competent, friendly and respectful. The workers were clean, careful, respectful of everything including the dogs. They were personable and trustworthy people. I found their work to be of very high craftsmanship carried out with pride. We are pleased and willing to pay the higher price for the value and the quality we have in the work and the system.

Brady Flanary HVAC Inc are good. They keep up with me well by calling me when it's time, they answer any questions that I have, and attend to any problems I have but I don't have any problems.

I had three different HVAC companies come to do an evaluation and give me an estimate. Brady-Flanary worked with me to minimize the space that was needed to install the new HVAC system and made a recommendation totally different than the two, previous companies. I liked what I heard and felt confident that I was being given an honest evaluation and estimated cost. Brady-Flanary gave me two (2) different options for installation of the central air/heating system. I chose the better (2 different Trane units/ systems) option to guarantee comfort in every room of my home. Both Trane HVAC units were installed within a week. I left the door to my home open when I went to work so the men could come in and work. When I returned home in the evening, the work crew was usually gone and there was never any 'mess' left behind. When the men were still working in my house when I returned home from work, the men were courteous and respectful. Since installation, Brady-Flanary has let me know when they are having their bi-annual discounted preventative maintenance service offers and I have taken advantage of it each time to save. These people are Honest, Pleasant, Reliable and Hard workers. Every room in my house is comfortable - summer or winter.

They were great. Their price was really competitive.

They are very professional and did an excellent job providing quotes and sticking to the quotes. They offered 0% financing for 12 months for the installation of the Mr. Slim system. They have all in all, exceptional service.

They came out and looked at, ordered the part. The service was fast. They were out and had the part about the same day we called. Their service was fine.

They did what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time. I thought they were a little over priced; but other than price I thought they did okay.

He is wonderful. He is very trustworthy and efficient. He knows what he is talking and he his job well. He is also cost efficient. He is not one of the people who comes first to make the money he really wants to help to make the job done for a good price.

Their service was fantastic. As far as I am concerned they are the best in the tri-area. When they put it in they also cleaned out the duct work. They put in the trane triflex air cleaner so I don’t have to buy filters anymore. I can just vacuum the cleaner and put it back together.

They had to replace a part in my heat pump. They came out and evaluated the problem and decided that it needed a new part in it. We had it replaced and it has been working fine ever since. I paid about $300 - $500 as I had a warranty and that was the cost I paid after that. The part was partially covered by warranty but I had to pay for labor and what the warranty did not cover. They are pricey and they are not the cheapest. They do a good job and a little better job than the others and so to me it was worth paying a little more. To me they are not the cheapest bargain out there.

I think they are expensive. They are very professional, they were very quick to respond, and they came to the house when they were called; I appreciated that. They are costly but I've had worse.

It was a 90 degree day that the air-conditioner died and was also the 4th of July weekend, but they were great and came that day. They have done service for us in the past and have been good. We spent $150 for the service call and $148 for the part. It was just simple to fix, but unfortunately we could not have gotten the part ourselves because all the stores were closed.
