"Originally used for commercial property to install 2 pedicure chairs and hand sink with vanity. Brian inspected underneath and was hesitant due to poor work of previous plumbers on the property with high overturn. He still accepted the job and worked diligently. Brian is very much the person to “get the job done.” Once he arrives on scene he doesn’t like to leave until the job is done and done PROPERLY. He let us know there was a rusted galvanized joint. The parts were back in Charlotte when the property was in Gastonia. Very next morning Brian picked up the material and diligently fixed the extra issues as well as finish the original job. Time line from accepting the job, pulling the permit, all material picked up/installed, passed inspection all in 8 days from start to finish. Highly recommend for all jobs and will make a point to use for all commercial and residential jobs in the future."

They pointed out and repaired guttergarrds that were not properly installed and reinstalled them at no additional cost. They clean up all debris out the drive and patio. The job was very well done. "
"The plumber replaced the valves under the kitchen sink with better metal valves, and that solved the problem! The water pressure is now great and fixed the water temperature problem. I'm completely happy with that repair. While deciding what to do about the kitchen sink valves, he offered me a package deal to replace the valves under all the sinks in my house. That sounded like a good idea, since the builder had used the same cheapo valves for all the sinks; so I authorized the replacement of all the sink valves in the house. All went well, except for one of the sinks in the master bathroom. That one worked great before the change, but wouldn't work after the valve replacement. The plumber decided it was the cartridge in the faucet, and even ordered a new one free of charge (under warranty) from the manufacturer. When the new cartridge arrived, I installed it in the faucet, but nothing changed...the water still would not flow. The plumber came back and was able to get the flow going again, after clearing whatever was stuck in the pipe. The sink works again; but I had to pay $125 for him to come back out to fix something that was fine until he installed the new valves. Lesson learned: only fix what's broken! I also asked during the first trip if he could re-caulk the master bathroom shower. This would include removing the old caulk, cleaning out the mold and mildew under the shower door frame, and then re-caulking. He said he could, and I thought the price was fair. Unfortunately the cleaning under the shower door frame was not done well, and dark spots started to appear through the new caulking within a week or two. I ended up removing all the caulking again, thoroughly cleaning, and re-applying new caulking again myself. Of course I was dissatisfied with this part of the job. When I called to ask for my money back, they promptly agreed to refund my money for the caulking work; so I give them credit for that."
"The first visit they came out, located my Septic Tank and then had to dig two 30 inch deep holes to uncover the access lids. Rodney and his assistant were very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I was extremely happy with the job they did. My home was built in 1958 but I have only been in it for 3 years. I do not have any idea how long ago the tank was last pumped but it was obviously quite some time ago. The tank was almost overflowing and was very clogged. It took quite a while to clean it out and then they snaked the pipe to make sure it wasn't clogged. Prior to closing it up and filling in the holes I asked them about installing risers to prevent from having to dig so deep next time it needed to be pumped. Rodney immediately called his boss and arranged to have the risers built and installed. they covered the open holes with tarp to keep water and other things out of the holes. They also did a rush job on the manufacture of the risers and even scheduled me on a Saturday in order to get the risers installed and the holes filled in. Erin, the office manager kept me updated via email and phone calls to let me know how things were proceeding. She called me the day before (Friday) the installation was to take place and notified me that Rodney had finished up early that day and if I was available they would come out and complete the job. They came out Friday afternoon and finished up. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism. "

"The two guys did a great job. They went to each bathroom in addition to my kitchen and looked to check for any issues. They found some that we knew we had. They came back in with a quote within 15 minutes and fixed all the clogged issues and installed the new faucet on my kitchen sink. They were very nice... answered all of my questions, gave us a discount and did not leave until i had checked all of the work and my husband and i were satisfied. Also gave a warranty of one year with the work and left some blue frog drain cleaner for me to use as needed. i was pleased!"
