"Tore' did a great job for me. The kitchen faucet is in a tight spot that over the years two previous plumbers could not tighten completely. He was able to tighten in a matter of minutes. I also had a clogged bathroom sink that my small hand snake would not clear. He had a power snake that was able to clear it. Tore' was courteous, professional, explained all thoroughly beforehand, and completed everything timely. I will use them again in the future when needed."

"I knew the septic tank probably needed to be pumped out but didn't know exactly where it was.  After checking Angie's List I chose 1St Choice Septic  based on their great reviews and I'm so glad I did.  After speaking with Erin (who is extremely knowledgeable and can answer all your questions)  I set up an appt. for them to come out.  They came promptly and began to determine where my septic tank was.  This was not easy since the original owner had put it 4 feet underground!  This was quite unusual, as I found out!  That meant an additional expense of 300.00 to get a bobcat out to excavate which was completely logical to me.  Hand digging was not a reasonable option but 1ST Choice kept the cost to a minimum for me .  Anyway, after  all the digging, they discovered my main line was cracked (tree roots) and needed to be replaced and also the tee trap.  Through all this process Erin kept me informed while I was at work and I really appreciated this.  The customer service they give is excellent.  They gave me  individual prices for replacing the main line to the house,  a new tee trap, and installation of risers to prevent the need  and expense of digging down four feet the next time the tank needs pumping.  I could have all three things done  and paid for at separate times or  have all three things done at one time for less cost, saving me  about 800.00.  Of course I had everything done together and the cost was 1150.00.  Again, I received excellent customer service and will always use and refer them in the future!  They are the experts!

"Very well, rep came in, introduced himself, reviewed the situation, wasted no time in cutting it out, told me to ask my upstairs neighbors not to run any water in their kitchen sink. He ran to Home Depot to get a piece of pipe and when he came back he replaced the pipe and was out the door in less than 1/2 hour."

Sam came out for a consultation, outlined the entire process and timeline, and answered/addressed my questions and concerns about the installation He even recommended someone to complete the kitchen backsplash. Tony came out to complete the final measurements. They completed the countertop and sink installation in no time and my kitchen is beautiful. "James was responsive, courteous, and professional AND helped us diagnose - free of charge on a follow-up call - an ammonia smell related to our sealed crawlspace completely unrelated to the plumbing.  He even referred us to a new termite / pest / company (whom we have chosen to take over service following our purchase of the home).  He also checked our entire crawlspace for leaks or other issues that might have been missed by our inspector and provided a wealth of information on AAV valves, pressure regulators and anything else I could throw at him.  Perhaps the best part - James (a very experienced plumber) is the owner AND... does the work HIMSELF with a colleague in tow.  Touch 2 O faucets (this is our third in 3 homes in 3 years) can be a bit finicky and this install was completed without a hitch.  If you want the same experienced professional that QUOTES the job to also be the one to COMPLETE it, pick Gentile Plumbing!

Our water heater had been in the attic since the house was built, about 15 years.  We had started thinking it was time to replace it, before we had an incident that would require drywall and paint.  Scott, The Water Heater Experts owner, is GREAT!  He came out to assess our situation and advised me on the pros and cons of tankless water heating. We decided to replace our existing tank with a new one, rather than installing tankless. Scott pointed out the items in the attic that would need to be brought up to code and included that in the replacement estimate. The new heater is the same brand as our previous one (Rheem, 50 gal) with some new features that Scott took care to explain.  Scott and an assistant brought the new heater and removed the old one, which I thought would be a real trick to get it out of the attic but I honestly did not hear them remove it and didn't even know it was done.  They shut off the water, drained the tank and made the code adjustments and installation in about 2.5 hours. I was completely impressed by how they approached the project and cleaned up after themselves. Because water heaters are a once every 10-15 year purchase, companies like these rely on recommendations rather than repeat business (although Scott guarantees his installations and supports any problems.)  I can say I highly recommend Scott and the Water Heater Experts!
