The process was very smooth from the original assessment to completion of the the project. I discussed with Ruston the possibility of painting all exterior wood trim. My home is a Cape Cod style, so there would not be a lot of wood to paint. After inspecting the wood, Ruston suggested pressure washing instead of painting. He explained the paint was in good shape, just needed some cleaning. His suggestion saved me money. The suggestion indicated to me that he is interested in serving his customers.
