Marshall was out before and replaced a water pressure sensor. The outside spigot started making a noise when turned on. He responded quickly and answered all our questions concerning the noise from the outside water spigot. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his service.

After requesting the installation of a sink they 1st showed up with the garbage disposal unit. A 2nd meeting was set but they failed to show up for it and no phone call was made to me to let me know that they would not show up.

Outstanding! I would recommend Mike, Flash, & this company. Mike & Flash were able to efficiently consolidate 2 service dates into one and get both projects done well. I loved the experience level. Felt safe for myself and my fellow condo neighbors. Got 3 estimates. This company was in the middle. Got good vibes during the estimate and during phone conversations with office personnel. Would use them again & definitely ask for Mike.

It didn't go at all. Called on Monday to see if they could come out and fix the problem. The lady on the phone said that they might be able to get by there on Tuesday, but probably it would be Wednesday. I had to stay home and wait for them to call. No word from them on Tuesday. OK. Wednesday morning I got an early call asking if I would be home all day again. At 12:30 I call to ask when they will be there. I got an answering service and they agreed to relay the message to call me ASAP. No one returned my call. Finally, I call again at 4:30pm asking when the plumbers will be at my house. I have been waiting 2 days without leaving my house as ordered. The girl, who was rather snippy, said that the people who had actual appointments that day had chosen to get the work done and thus no one would be coming to my house. I then asked if someone could please be at my house 1st thing in the morning. She said, "No, other people have APPOINTMENTS"!! I thought I had an appointment. At no time did that very snippy girl let me know that I was on some sort of stand-by list. I guess she thought I could just sit around my 1 bathroom house for a week without having a working shower. The customer service of this company is lousy, stay away!!

It didn't go. The would call and keep rescheduling saying they were busy today. Could they come out tomorrow. The first time I was OK with it. But after day 3 of the same stuff. I was tired of it. 5 days so far and still get the call about being busy and rescheduling for tomorrow. They need to be removed off of this and be fined for wasting my time. My time is worth something.
