Sam and Tony were complete professionals. They gave us prompt, personal service, and were always polite and kind. When they left, everything looked great. You wouldn't have known they were here, except for the beautiful granite expertly installed in our kitchen. From the estimate to the completed installation, they politely answered all our questions. They are great! We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Excellent customer responsiveness. Work performed on schedule without delay or major issues. Minor problem was addressed the next day. Not the lowest bidder but would definetly recommend.

After waiting two months for another contractor to complete the renovation of my master bath, I finally gave up and terminated the contract. Through angies list I found Imperial Stone. Tony came out right away and did the preliminary measurements and within two weeks of selecting the stone I had beautiful new countertops and sinks--all at a price I found exceptionally reasonable. Needless to say, Tony and Sam are my heroes. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else now.

I couldn't be happier with my new countertops. From start to finish Sam and Tony took great care of me. They are thorough, customer focused, competitive in price and a pleasure to do business with. They gave me a lot of great advice throughout the process and their work product is second to none. They really to treat your house/project as if they are working on their own house. I highly recommend them!

A+ and 3 P's! Professional! Price! Perfection! Angie's list needs to have an A+ because that's what Imperial Stone deserves! We had contacted another contractor to do our small kitchen. He measured and quoted us a price and then... Nothing! We called and called and no response! And they were highly rated on Angie's List too! So I started contacting other highly rated people and the ONLY ones to respond was Imperial Stone. I told them about my previous experience and they guaranteed me great service. And they did! My wife and I picked out a higher quality piece of granite than we would have because Imperial Stone said they had just enough for our job and would give us a great discount on it. What a great Price! They worked with our crazy schedule coming in on the weekend to start and complete the job on time and done Perfectly and Professionally!! Weeks after the complete job we are still thrilled with the work. We just wish we would have called them earlier so we would not have wasted our time with the other contractor. A++++

Could not have asked for my project to have gone any better. Tony and Sam were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived early for both appointments and also the day of install. They were meticulous with the installation. I highly recommend them for so many reasons. You will not regret doing business with Imperial.

Imperial Stone is ALL ACES from the beginning when Sam came out to do the quote, to when he came back with additional samples, then invited us to look at other stone at their Monroe shop. They were very patient and calm through the entire process, especially when we were very undecided about which granite to select. Also very patient and professional during the install. Tony also was invaluable when he both did the final measure and install. Tony did a wonderful job at answering all our questions as well as consulting us on ideas to make it a great final product. On the day of install Tony and his brother did an amazing job. Everything was done very gently with calm and patience. We have tile on the walls that we didn't want to redo,. They uninstalled without any damage to any tile or walls! The final product really looks high end and makes the kitchen look new. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is undecided who to go with. (They also were much more competitive $$ wise than Home Depot, Lowes, or some of the other installers). 5 Stars all the way!

We love our new counter tops! Sam and Tony of Imperial Stone were knowledgeable and professional. They clearly take pride in their company and went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. We were able to go to their warehouse in Indian Trail to look at their granite slabs and to take samples home. They paid close attention to the details before and after installation, taking care to position the hand made patterns on the slab to avoid any areas that might look bad in the finished product. They did a beautiful job hiding the joints. They made sure all our questions were answered about use and care of the granite. The stainless sink that was included in the purchase is high quality and looks great, too. I would definitely hire Imperial Stone again. Note that Imperial Stone only provides and installs the counter tops and the sink. They recommended a contractor to demo the existing tile counter top, to disconnect and then re-plumb the new kitchen sink, to add any trim that might be required, and to install the backsplash. Although working with the contractor to do all the additional work was our responsibility, Sam and Tony explained carefully all that would be required and coordinated with the contractor's schedule.

From the first conversation with Sam at Imperial Stone I was very impressed and knew that I had found the right company to deal with. I had been wanting to replace my countertops that the builder installed because they were cracking and chipping already and knew they would not last. I came across two offers on Angie's List, and decided now was the right time. I called one company and they wanted me to purchase the offer before they would come out to give a quote. I then decided to call Imperial Stone, and Sam wanted to come give an estimate and discuss any questions before I even purchased the offer. I was able to set a time for the walkthrough rather quickly and Sam gave great advice on what would look good, and what would not. He did not try to push any extra services or add-ons to the quote. Any questions or concerns I had, were answered before I even purchased the offer. I purchased the offer and then went to the shop to look through the various stones to find the perfect match. Sam went through all the colors and helped hold the sample of cabinets we brought with us. Tony came to do the final precise measurement for the counters, and within two weeks, I had new custom kitchen and bathroom countertops! Installation took maybe an hour, and you could not even tell they were here! The counters look amazing, and I could not be happier! Imperial Stone would answer any emails I sent regardless of the time, and stood by being there for their customers!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality countertops at a great price!

I was very impressed with Tony and Sam. Very responsive with emails and communication and times, etc. They let us go to their suppliers warehouse to look at slabs of granite before deciding. Both here for installation. They answered my many questions, explained things to me and kept me involved as they knew I liked. They cleaned up as they went and did an excellent job. They showed me each time their reasoning for doing one thing instead of another or one way instead of the other. They accidentally damaged part of the cabinet door and were very honest and upfront about it and showed it to me and we came up with a plan to fix it and I was pleased with how they handled the unfortunate situation. Can't say enough about this positive experience and would definitely use them again. The only suggestion I have is they might bring out samples of their different edging options during consultation. What I got was not what I pictured from discussion but I ended up liking it better.

They did an ok job. FYI, Granite is measured in linear feet, which I did not know. Be aware that all they do is granite! They disconnect your plumbing and you have to pay $250 for their plumber or find your own to reconnect your plumbing the next day. My molding was attached to my old counter top and came off with it along with some paint and they do not reapply new molding, patch, paint, repair etc so you will need a handyman/carpenter after they are done! Just be informed, ask questions before you pay. $1499 angies list deal plus $600 more bc my kitchen counters were 45 linear ft plus $225 plumber fee and more money for handyman fees to paint and reattach molding, haven't had it done yet... Look for a deal that offers 45ft and includes plumbing...

Great! They came out for an estimate quickly and the new counters were installed within less than 2 weeks! Sam was very helpful throughout the process and was very patient with me when I wanted to change from quartz to granite. I got several quotes and they had the best pricing. The granite I selected had a really cool swirl in it and they cut it specifically to make the swirl the feature of my kitchen island. It looks great and I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Sam came out and was not pushy at all. He could have tried to sell me a granite backsplash or tried to get me to upgrade to a better quality granite. He did none of this. He told me where there might be possible problems which had to do with the way the old counters were installed, and was up front and honest about everything and the cost was exactly as quoted. They came out and were very nice, professional, and replaced them quickly. They look beautiful so no complaints at all.

The process went very well. Sam and Tony were extremely professional and very pleasant. Sam came out for a consultation, outlined the entire process and timeline, and answered/addressed my questions and concerns about the installation He even recommended someone to complete the kitchen backsplash. Tony came out to complete the final measurements. They completed the countertop and sink installation in no time and my kitchen is beautiful. I highly recommend Imperial Stone if you want to have a job well done!

It was beyond pleasurable to work with Sam & Tony. They responded immediately to our request for information and provided fantastic insight into what would work best in our kitchen. We described what we wanted and Sam gave his feedback on things he felt would work well and suggestions for improvements to our plan. He provided us with the name of a great crew to cut down the raised counter to normal counter height. Another company told me they couldn't salvage our existing tile backsplash and instead would have to get granite installed up to the cabinets. I knew we had found our company when Sam told me they'd do everything in their power to do as little damage as possible and he was confident they could remove the existing counters without losing many (or any) of the existing tiles. The crew came on time, cleaned up the workspace, and were in and out in less than 2 hours. I now have the beautiful counters I've been dreaming of - and am actually looking for other projects to bring Imperial back for!

Dealt with Sam and he was great throughout the process. I originally spoke to him maybe 10 months ago before deciding to switch out my cabinets first. Checked in with him 6 months later, we talked about options for installation. He was very informative, nice, and upfront from the start. Install was easy and had zero problems.

Great service.  Super responsive (even on weekends and evenings).  Sam and his team are great to work with.  They were very creative in making the counters look great in a kitchen that was not at all square.  Will definitely call them again! 

Sam, Tony, and team are highly respectful and professional people.  My wife and I went to their shop with all intentions of purchasing a quartz counter top.  Sitting down with Sam, he explained the options, pros and cons, as well as showing us more reasonably priced options, we decided to entertain granite.  Next was color.  He gave us recommendations there too.  We couldn't be happier with the result.  
Tony came to measure, and a week later they were back for the install.  Showed up right on time (a few minutes early in fact) and got to work right away.  They are quite the well oiled machine.  They installed the counters, mounted the sink, installed the island top, cut the hole for the cook top, cleaned up, and  were gone in about two hours.  While there they treated each other and myself with the utmost respect.  A very professional bunch!
I would not hesitate to recommend their shop/services to anyone, and should the need arise, I would most definitely use them again.
