NC Water Consultants installed a water filtration system in my home, it included ultraviolet system for killing bacteria, filtration, softening and reverse Osmosis at the kitchen sink. They were on time, very efficient, did extremely professional work and were truly knowledgeable. I was impressed with the process from the testing all the way through installation. Yet another 5-Star review for North Carolina Water Consultants! From the free water test to installation to now two months living with the new system, Eddie and his team have provided top-notch service. We hadn't lived in our home for more than a few days when it became apparent that our water wasn't healthy for us or our house. In fact, we have now learned that issues raised during our home inspection were a result of the water composition. Eddie's chemistry demonstration identified the problems with our water and explained why we had corrosion visible in our plumbing. Not only did NCWC install our new whole-house filtration system, but they also did plumbing repairs to reverse damage that had been done. We are so happy to have safe water to drink and water that is friendly to our new home's plumbing. Thank you, NCWC!

Carolina Water Consultants have delivered on their promise! I have lived on this property for almost 17 years and had another plumber install a water filter several years ago, but it didn’t completely filter out the silt and hard water that was coming from our well. I still had to disconnect the water hoses to my clothes washer and clean the deposits out of the filters every other month, which was a timely, messy task. I thought this was just something that we’d have to live with for the foreseeable future. Enter Carolina Water Consultants. We have been impressed with how clean our water has been since their crew installed a reverse osmosis system in our home. The first time I washed my hands after the installation, I kept running water over them after the suds had been rinsed away because the water was so soft that they felt like there was still soap on them. My daughter and I both have long hair and have noticed that less of our hair is left in the drain after showering. We used to get a black ring around our toilets that we would have to clean weekly from the well-water deposits, but that is no longer an issue. While the installation is a little pricey and there are semiannual costs (maybe more or less depending on your system), I believe the investment is well worth the cost. Having cleaner water not only will extend the life on our appliances (washer, dishwasher, etc) that utilize our water, but also is better for our health We’re no longer consuming the deposits in our well’s hard water. The whole crew was friendly, informative, and respectful of our property. We have had the system for a few months and are impressed with the results! Carolina Water Consultants is the way to have cleaner water in your home!

North Carolina Water Consultants installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in our home. We could not be happier! The system is great – the water is nice and soft. We don’t have to worry about our fixtures and appliances becoming covered with mineral deposits, or that we are drinking contaminated water anymore. The crew was phenomenal. If your water is not what it should be, I would definitely recommend North Carolina Water to test your water. They call before they come, and worked very efficiently. And cleaned up after themselves. The water was noticeable softer after the first time I washed my hands. My clothes are coming out cleaner from the washer too. Wish we had installed the system sooner. They also follow up on their equipment.

Simply the best... the education about our water up front, data-driven chemistry showing us what we had, and what our water could be--this was an easy "yes" to agree. But then, the installation was top quality, the explanation, the responsiveness, all in all, we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. They even removed all of the old equipment that was in our house and cleaned up after themselves. You will not regret doing business with NC Water Consultants.

North Carolina Water Consultants over achieved! Eddie and team came out to show us our existing water situation and demonstrated what it could be. WOW! It looked like a big difference, but it felt like an even bigger difference. North Carolina Water Consultants were amazing. I live on LKN and knew I had a bad water problem (hard water, water spots on shower glass, washer had buildup and wasn't cleaning properly, etc). The owner came out and did a free water test and then gave me several options to address each of the problems identified by the filtration test. Once I decided on what solution I wanted they scheduled the installation within a week. The crew that cam to install were very professional, on time, courteous, and knowledgable. I am couple months into having it installed and couldn't be more happy!

March 25, 2025 To Whom it may concern: I had been having problems with my water lines and fixture rusting, so I reached out to the Credit Bureau to find a reputable service provider for my problem. Through them I was put in touch with NC Water Consultants. They came to my home and provided a thorough testing of my water and explained everything in detail. It seems I had high levels of Acid, Gas, and PH plus numerous other issues which were causing my pipe connections to rust making my water unsafe from drinking. Previously, I had already replaced several rusted pipe connections and was to the point of having all my pipes replaced. After speaking with NC Water and seeing the results of my test I agreed to have their water filtrations system installed. The crew called before coming and arrived as stated. Everyone was very professional and went right to work installing the system. Once everything was completed a thorough explanation of how the system works was given to me. This system cleans out built-up sediment and contaminants in your water proving crystal clear water. The crew cleaned everything up and the project was completed in around three hours. NC Water will continue to service my system every six months and provide me with any assistance that is needed. Several months ago, North Carolina water consultants, installed a whole house water filtration system, reverse osmosis, and UV light. They replaced a much older system that we had and haven’t been happy with for several years. The very knowledgeable owner, Eddie came out, thoroughly tested the water, and explained in great detail what equipment we needed, and what we didn’t need. I have several friends who highly recommended their system, so I knew how good the water was. The installers were very professional, polite, neat and organized. They came out several weeks later, to test the PH, and made a slight adjustment. We couldn’t be happier! My clothes are cleaner, and the water tastes great! I highly recommend them, you won’t be sorry.

Upon purchasing our used but new to us home, it became clear that we would need a water filtration system. We had a few companies come over to test our water and speak to us about their systems.
