I also had a clogged bathroom sink that my small hand snake would not clear. He had a power snake that was able to clear it. "We didnt actual use Imperial Stone for a granite installation, but we did use them for a second opinion we were having regarding the difference of opinion we were having with our fabricator on the recommended maximum unsupported overhang for an installation off granite on an island. "James was responsive, courteous, and professional AND helped us diagnose - free of charge on a follow-up call - an ammonia smell related to our sealed crawlspace completely unrelated to the plumbing.  He even referred us to a new termite / pest / company (whom we have chosen to take over service following our purchase of the home).  He also checked our entire crawlspace for leaks or other issues that might have been missed by our inspector and provided a wealth of information on AAV valves, pressure regulators and anything else I could throw at him.  Perhaps the best part - James (a very experienced plumber) is the owner AND... does the work HIMSELF with a colleague in tow.  Touch 2 O faucets (this is our third in 3 homes in 3 years) can be a bit finicky and this install was completed without a hitch.  If you want the same experienced professional that QUOTES the job to also be the one to COMPLETE it, pick Gentile Plumbing!

"After calling around I found the price quoted by The Water Heater Experts was about $150 cheaper than their competition.  This would have normally concerned me, but I decided to go with them since they have such great reviews on Angie's list.  I am glad I did.
The new water heater was installed two days after I placed the order (as scheduled - I did NOT have an emergency situation).  The guys showed up as expected and within three hours had removed the old water heater and installed the new one.  Through the entire process they went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it.  They took the time to show me how to change settings and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on with some of the existing older plumbing attached to the heater.  
Every aspect of my dealings with them was a very good experience.  These guys understand the meaning of customer service!
