"I am just blown away. Micheal came to assess our issues and from the very beginning, he was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. He didn’t mind our messy house, and had a great sense of humor too. I can’t thank him and Superior Plumbing and Drains enough! I’ll be calling him from now on!"

Jesse and Eric were our techs. They were respectful, professional, and a joy to be around. They diagnosed the main sewer line clog quickly and cleared it with ease. My favorite part was how clean they left my bathroom after they left. The All Good Plumbing Team truly is customer oriented, and my family appreciated that. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
