Very smooth from start to finish. Russ came out to give us an estimate within 48 hours of our first contact; once it was scheduled the work was completed in two days.

Overall the result was a DISASTER!!! The dry wall and wainscoting work was more or less satisfactory.The marble tile installation was so VERY VERY BAD that I had him tear is all down as it was abundantly clear he knew NOTHING about installing marble title!!! The carpentry work on the cabinet was amatureish...poor design, poor finish, poor assembly, etc.The carpentry work on the closets was also sub par. The painting on the family room was so poor I had to hire another painter to redo it, as well re-finish the crown molding & the cabinetry. Last but not least he walked off the job 3-4 days before completing a large portion of the work forcing me to hire another contractor to finish what he had left. His skills are NOT as represented on Angie's List. He should be avoided except for handyman type work of little value. As of 11-12-09, the courts awarded me virtually all expenses from this project.

Called Russ for estimate - he came out the next day - was punctual, professional and very courteous. Received estimate on the spot! His price was a bit lower than our first bid. We accepted and Russ began work the next week. Took 3 days from start to finish. It was one of the easiest projects we have ever done!! **Russ actually gave us $100.00 off so total cost was $1300.00.

The fiberglass shower floor in our master bathroom cracked and needed to be replaced. I contacted Russ and made an appointment for him to come and give me an estimate. He arrived early on the appointed day and gave me an estimate to replace the existing shower floor with tile, grout the new floor, reinstall the shower door and touch up cracked grout as needed. Our responsibility would be to purchase the desired tile and grout of our choice. Russ was very specific about how much material we would need to supply for the job and suggested a dealer to check out because of the wide selection they offered. We chose a 12x12 natural stone tile that was a nice contrast to our existing tile. Russ and his son showed on the desired day to start the job and were very professional and careful in their work. They cleaned up afer themselves and the finished job is wonderful. You would never know that our new shower floor wasn't original. I would definitely have Russ come back and do more tile work in the future if needed.

Russ and his son did an excellent job from start to finish. Russ provided an initial quote and from there, we discussed materials and scope of operations. Most particularly, Russ was extremely careful removing trim carpentry so to avoid having to duplicate stain and color. He didn't splinter or break or damage anything. He covered my surrounding floor to prevent damage from foot traffic. He moved the refrigerator, stove, and toilet providing the proper floor protection while the appliances were out of place. We made sure we understood each other's intentions and got no surprises as to the type of mortar, grout width, and center lines. His cuts were as precise as humanly possible. He treated the job as if it was for his own house. The job site was kept clean during the four day project and inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum. Their work is beautiful and we definitely recommend him and his son as professional and true craftsmen.

Overall quality work done. The doors required some minor touchup work which Russ came back and did quickly and satisfactorily. However, I thought those problems were fairly obvious and shouldn't have been left unfixed in the first place.

Good job overall for a reasonable price. Russ had to come back to repair a couple of tiles around the dishwasher and to put in some silicone caulking at thresholds which was done satisfactorily. There was some excess residue afterwards which I removed. I thought he should have done this and left the floor fully cleaned up and ready for use. This was minor for me and the work was done well.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Tim met w/us and we explained to him what we wanted to do. He gave some great ideas and was very informative. Tim allowed us to save some money by demoing the old bathroom ourselves before they came in. The quote was given to us the same day we met and their earliest opening was 4 weeks out. This was the perfect amount of time needed to pick the tile, grout, and vanity. Russ installed all the tile, trim work, and vanity. Russ was very nice and easy to work with. We made a few changes from the original quote and Russ took care of it all w/no problems. All the work was completed in 3 days and our bathroom was transformed into a newly updated bathroom. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend them to anyone!

Owner of company came as scheduled to inspect our house and provided written, specific list of repairs needed and cost of completed job. Owner of company came as scheduled and completed contracted repairs. Both owners very professional and sincerely interested in our comparatively small job. Owner who did repairs was very pleasant and explained what he would be doing both days, when he would need to be inside our house, and where he would leave our key and invoice. Excellent experience with this company. Would recommend them to anyone!

They stated they would do it; I went out and bought all the stuff. They came out to install it, they were in and out very quickly and they did a few things that I was not real pleased with, such as the garbage disposal did not work, the spray head would not pull out, under the sink was leaking, and there was a scratch mark on the sink. There was just a lot of little things that made it seem like a rush job. They came back out the next day and they fixed their mistakes. They threw away all paperwork and warranties. I did send a letter out to them and they came out to take a look at the damages and concerns. I showed it all to him and it seemed they had excuses for everything.

Tim returned calls promptly and came to house get information for estimate. He got back to us quickly with estimate and we scheduled the work for 8 weeks later. The work took 3 days and all old materials were taken away each day. Russ and Tim were a pleasure to work with.

We received a home visit right away, the estimate was mailed to us in a matter of a few days, we arranged for a final measure at our convenience, and, to our surprise, the bookcase was fabricated off-site so that the disruption to our household was absolutely minimal. The installation took only a few hours. We were COMPLETELY impressed. We also discussed a future project that we will definitely have Russ and Tim complete for us. As these guys are very popular, they are understandably busy as well. It is worth the wait.

Tim came out to give the estimate and was very helpful and professional. He explained that they were very busy and it would be about 2 months before work could begin. When the time came, Russ was here everyday right on time. He tore everything out in about a day. The work was completed in less than 5 days. We are more than pleased. Everything looks great. It is apparent that they take pride in what they do. They are WELL worth waiting for!

I thought they did a good job. The price was fabulous. The workmanship was very good. The carpentry, tiling, wainscoting was excellent. The only reason I did not give an A was because the initial installation of the medicine cabinet was not plumb. The way that they joined the baseboard to the tub was not aesthetically pleasing either. They did fix the medicine cabinet, so now I am very happy with that.
