Outstanding job. The shower is beautiful. The installers were awesome. They were so kind and efficient. The install took less than a day. They worked so hard. They cleaned everything up so well that you can't even tell they were here. I am beyond happy with the work they did. I highly recommend Five Star. I give them 10 Stars.

This is the most professional, caring, honest Company I have worked with since I moved to the Carolinas. Their product is excellent, the installers are definitely 5 Star and everyone made us feel like our job was the most import job they had. I had several companies come to my home to give me estimates to remodel my bathroom. The other companies were so overpriced and pushy. I didn’t think I was going to get the job done at all. When the Five Star representative Michael came to my home he was different from the others. He gave me all the information, answered all my questions, and showed me my options. When we were done, he gave me the price. It was The best price I had received. Then they totally went above board to get me the installation date I needed. We have wanted to update our master bath for a while. It’s difficult and time consuming to choose a reputable company qualified to meet project requirements. Look no further. AnnaLisa Valdez with Five Star Bath Solutions visited our home and provided a presentation meeting all our design options and questions being fully experienced and professional. Typically my husband and I don’t make decisions until we’ve taken time to discuss the pros and cons moving forward. This was not the case with AnnaLisa. We signed our contract moments after finalizing the details. We are very excited to see our renovation begin!

I had an old tub with ceramic tile. They removed that and the flooring and existing vanity and toilet. I had a new wall shower system installed with sliding glass doors and shelving. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them.

Five Star Bath is an excellent company. Their design consultant was very informative and they have a proprietary product that is sleek, but also durable. Our tub to shower conversion was clean and seamless. Kirk and team communicated well are excellent install techs. Additionally they were much more competitive from a pricing perspective than all of the larger companies.

Could not be happier with the great work done by the whole team. The work was done exactly as planned. I was impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness and communication from everyone on the job. Highly recommend!!

5 Star upgraded two showers for us replacing very old fiberglass tubs. One was upgraded to a beautiful walk in shower and the other a wonderful deep tub. Brian was very professional, respectful of our home and quick as both jobs were done in less than 3 days. Mike and Steve did an excellent job explaining all our options and was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend them.
