Superior Plumbing was excellent to work with. From the start they stayed in communication, showed up when stated, applied shoe covers when entering our home, were neat while performing the service and fixed the problem very quickly. They were so clean I couldn't tell they were here. Thank you Superior Plumbing!

He was the first one to call me out of all the many Pro's that I got. He was excellent and very thorough. He was courteous, explained everything and he also showed me everything he had done. Highly recommend them to others with similar problem.

Dustin did a fantastic job! He clearly explained the entire process to us so that we knew exactly what to expect. Even though he was working alone, he got the lines pulled and valves replaced much faster than I expected. He was very polite and considerate of our home, and left the work areas clean. We are very glad that this project was completed so quickly and was so well done.

We first had to get a service to come trace were the leak originated. Superior hooked us up with a good company for that. After that was done, Superior Plumbing came out to see what needed to happen. The leak turned out to be under our driveway. But Vinny and David were able to fix the leak without breaking up the concrete. They did an amazing job! They have so much knowledge and shared with us why our pipes keep leaking. Our water pressure was too high. They recommended installing a regulator to reduce our pressure. They fixed the leak and installed the regulator in one day. They know what they're doing, and I would highly recommend using them. I will be calling them again for our next plumbing need.

Excellent! Mike was here in less than 30 minutes and very professional! Fixed my issues at an affordable price! I will definitely use them now for all my plumbing needs!

Fine I guess!....don't see anymore leaking. But!, the cost of fixing it was outrageous just to replace perhaps four foot of water line with two connections!....c'mon....be for real! $415.15.

I am just blown away. Micheal came to assess our issues and from the very beginning, he was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. He didn’t mind our messy house, and had a great sense of humor too. I can’t thank him and Superior Plumbing and Drains enough! I’ll be calling him from now on!

After asking for service on Angie's List; it wasn't five minutes before I got a phone call for follow-up. The office is quick on responses. I like that. Monika M. was the professional who was sent to service us. She was professional, courteous, down to earth, and humorous. I like that, too. She explained the process and next steps. Great customer service! Great experience for me. Definitely, will call them again.

Had my PRV go out, so I contacted Superior Plumbing based on their Angie's List rating. Called and the phone was answered relatively quick, said someone could come out between 3-5pm. I received a text that the plumber could come between 1:30-2:30pm, then received a call at 2:40pm that the plumber was on his way to my house. Plumber arrived around 3:40pm. Reviewed my problem with Mike and the price changed three times during our conversation. He installed the new valve (about a $90 valve) in about 20 minutes and the final price was ~$50 higher than his quote. While the plumber was on time based on my original quote, for some reason they gave me two different times. Not sure why the confusion. They also called me the next day and said they would send someone out to help fix my problem (even though it was fixed already by them). I would not recommend the company based on their confusing communications and high price. As an hourly rate, he charged over $1000/hr to do the job. Can't understand how these guys got an Angie's List service award.

Overall the two leaky faucets were completed, but getting there was not as smooth as one would have hoped. The first visit led to only one faucet being repaired which then broke that night leaving the shower inoperable. Another technician was scheduled to repair the shower and review the second leaking bathroom, but no one showed up. I called in the next day and was told there was a scheduling error and that they would send someone out as soon as possible. This tech was able to fix the broken shower, but did not have time to fix the second and required yet another visit. After the next visit both showers were in good working order again, about a weeks time and $500 later (3 new cartridges). So like I said, the work was completed, but due to the lengthy process and relatively high cost of labor I would not recommend this company.

Jeremy did a great job with replacing 2 toilets in my house. When he came for the estimate, Jeremy had info on my house and provided 2 price points. The company kept in touch with texts and emails before and after the work was completed.

As the name implies . . . Superior!!! I made an Angie's List inquiring for service, and got a call from this company with 60 seconds! Appointment was set up for the next afternoon -- but there was short-notice availability for a few hours earlier than my appointment, which I grabbed. (BTW, really like that, although I was given a 2-hour window, they call about 45 minutes out, so I'm not really tied to the house, so long as I can get back within 45 minutes) . As a Marine Corps widow, I lucked out getting a Marine to take care of the problem. (You'll luck out, too, if you get him! Super nice, congenial, efficient; what more could you ask for?!?) . He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was on his way within 45 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service, and I will call Superior again when I need help with plumbing.

Prompt and professional. Went to 2 different supply stores to find correct part. Was able to fix things as soon as he had the part.

Very well. Jeremiah arrived on time and fixed another problem that arose. Very pleasant man, excellent problem solver with much varied experience.
