Ryan was very professional, prompt, and determined. I had some stubborn old faucets that took alot (spending most of the day) to remove and replace and fixing a leak that occurred during installation.

Shea Green was personable and professional. I appreciate his assessment of our water heater situation. He explained why he thinks replacing the overflow valve will correct our problem but was honest in saying the only way to know for sure is to do the job (vice replacement of the water heater). I like doing business with someone who explains the options clearly and lets me make the decision without pressure. He also unclogged a toilet on this visit. Pricing was not out of line with what I expect to pay for quality plumbing work.

Had these guys replace a garbage disposal for us. They responded extremely quickly. Were on time, and done in about an hour. Sean did a great job, and was very efficient. He was able to identify that Home Depot had recommended the wrong unit, and was able to use one off of his truck as a replacement. Overall A+ service. Would highly recommend using their service.

Blue Frog was my second call after the first company sent by my home warranty was utterly useless and unable (or unwilling) to solve my problem. Blue Frog was able to come out the same day (within just a few hours, actually) to assess the problem and back out first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Both employees I dealt with were incredibly helpful and did not seem bothered in the slightest to clearly explain the problem and the best course of action to correct it. They will continue to be my first call going forward for any future needs.
