"Great Plumbing Service! Had a great experience with All good plumbing I had a leaky pipe under my sink, and they got it fixed quickly. Scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The plumber was super friendly and explained everything clearly before getting started. The repair didn’t take long, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves, which was a nice bonus. "Had other options but I got lucky with the experienced plumber sent to my house. In 2018 Ben Franklin plumbing made huge mistakes on a new water line install and made a mess of everything. Mr. Rooter was able to quickly identify and fix the problem with my main water line for thousands less than other big national chains."

"We recently had this company replace our original 1000 gallon septic tank with a 1500 gallon upgrade, along with an additional drain field line and they did a great job. If you want people who are skilled, hardworking and honest to handle your project, then I recommend that you give NC Septic & Pump your consideration. Their communication is excellent and they are very easy and pleasant to work with."

"Our toilet had a slow leak. Plumber came to the house, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The plumber was not able to provide me with a bill/price at the time of service (odd I thought) but said the office would bill be. Got the bill via email. I thought the service fee of $80 was fair and the labor charge of $150 was fair. The toilet needed two bolts, a wax ring and two metal brackets in order to be fixed. Total cost for this would have MAYBE been $20 at a hardware store. They charged $80 for the parts. This was in addition to the labor and the service fee. Quite a markup. Contacted the company for their input on why we were charged so much for the parts and they did not reply. Based on all of this we would not use again."
