Norbert and Riley, the installers were first class professionals with plumbing and other aspects of the install. Having had both houses completely replumbed recently and fixing horrific plumbing fails from the original house builds and touring several neighbors water treatment solutions installations, apparently there a number of plumbers out there that should not be in the business. These guys did a great job and made sure we were happy with the results! Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, polite and a professional at their role. Even with the smaller footprint there's a noticeable improvement in the quality of the water this system produces over those. I don't miss changing filters and this system uses much less salt. Or if they did listen they completely missed the mark by presenting a computer generated quote with tons of errors with no human thought or care whatsoever behind the scenes.
