I HIGHLY recommend Braxton Britt Plumbing. I called a few different places and Braxton Britt was the winner.. Great service from the office (shout out to Rebecca and Nicole) great girls fun and down to earth. The plumber they sent out Lance was professional and efficient. Great attitude and did exactly what he said he was going to do for the price I was quoted. I will definitely be calling Braxton Britt again for any plumbing work needed. A+++

I called to have my toilet replaced and they came out the next day. They also took off the old toilet. They took the new toilet I bought my mama to her house and replaced her toilet the same day. They are very nice polite and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Techs came out same day and replaced my water heater! They were quick and very knowledgeable. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

The office lady Amber has a nasty attitude. She tried to tell social services that my husband pays my rent and he be there when maintenance come to fix things. Amber needs to mind her business. Little did she know I was separated, I gave him the money to pay my bills on time while I was at work. He takes care of my kids so yes he at my house with my girls while I work and while maintenance man fix things. On top of that she asked for the apartment a week early complain about the carpet not cleaned and deduct it from my deposit. She should prorated my rent since she wanted the apartment early.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet. Braxton Britt came and within a few minutes said they needed to run to Lowes and pick up the part I needed. They had the part and finished the work in less than 30 minutes. A very simple repair. They charged me $125 for 1 hour, plus a $12 truck fee for running to Lowes and then charged me double the price of the part they picked up from Lowes. I have a real problem with paying double for a part they just purchased from Lowes. After voicing my concern to Braxton Britt, they reduced the price to the cost of the part but said I could not do business with them anymore. Talk about poor customer service.

We had been having problems with a bathroom sink being clogged and had friends recommend Braxton Britt. I’m so glad they did and just wish we had called sooner! Very efficient, came back when they said they would, got the job done, and very affordable. Highly recommend!

Both Jack & Jill sinks were clogged in my guest bathroom. I contacted Braxton Britt & they came the next day at my request. I was very satisfied with Shane & Su. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, & most of all caring! Shane & Su had both sinks unclogged in no time. By the way, the price was very reasonable. I could hardly believe it. One plumbing business wanted to charge $1,400! Smh In conclusion, I highly recommend Braxton Britt for your plumbing needs. I know I will be contacting them again in the future for my plumbing needs!
