"Fantastic customer service. Very clear, competitive price quote. Called a day before to confirm appointment and showed up on time. When Miguel arrived he took one look at our old, stained berber carpet and suggested that he clean a test spot before officially starting the job. His concern was that if he could not clean 90-100% of our carpet that he didn't want to do it and risk us being disappointed with the results. The test confirmed his concerns and we decided not to proceed. We were thrilled with Miguel's honesty and commitment to pleasing his customers even if it meant that he didn't get to bill us for the job that we had originally requested. This should be no means reflect negatively on Miguel's cleaning ability.
